- PWPaul WilliamsOct 7, 20265.0Spotless both inside and outside. The welcome was excellent. I cannot complement all of the staff enough. What looked like great team work throughout. The room was l little cold and the heating was not working properly. I must add that I did not report this to reception so technically I should not complain. The hotel is out in the sticks a bit. It's approximately 4.5 miles way so you cannot walk to another location with ease. You will need a car, akbeit there is a bus stop that is about a 10 minute walk away. I am not sure how regular the bus serve is. The hotel has a bright reception area where you can sit and have a drink or coffee, but it's not a large area. It was quite cold around reception and the bar area. You would not want to stay or chill long term in this area. The hotel does appear to be used by workers and business folk who are undertaking their duties in the local area. If you were traveling to and from Europe via the tunnel or ferry. This hotel would be a great stopover. Above all the most significant factor was the staff, their friendliness and how attentive they are. Well done to all.

- ADA DSep 20, 20264.0Schöne Zimmer und einladende Lobby und Restaurant, Zimmer sauber und funktional. Betten sehr schmal für 2 Personen mit schmaler Decke. Sehr gutes Frühstück, nettes und hilfreiches Personal. Leider hatten wir das Pech und es war eine Hochzeitsgesellschaft, die sehr laut war und uns bis spät in die Nacht mit lauter Musik und lärmenden Gästen wach hielt.
