Nothing in Sandown, quite run-down and out on a limb for travelling the island. Newport would be more beneficial. No problem with this hotel apart from location

- TBTina BarrAug 31, 20261.0It was a good holiday but we had a problem with the air-conditioning and we were boiling. The Internet was horrible and the was barley any channels on the tv. I woke up early and saw the chef for the restaurant picking his noise, scratching his bits and bobs, wearing the same clothes for 2 days in a row and the children got food poisoning. We tried to complain to the restaurant staff but they were very rude and said he washed his hands anyways, then we tried to complain to hotel staff but they said we weren't apart of the restaurant but it doesn't say that when booking. It was nice view but for some reason bars on thw window, felt like prison. It was an nice holiday but definitely the worst hotel I ever went to.
