- USUmm ShasMay 31, 20265.0Stayed 2 nights in Sandown. Nice, clean rooms. Lovely breakfast. Staff really kind and helpful. Thank you to everyone especially Waqar who helped us check in and get settled. Lovely customer service.
- VWVinny WhiteMay 28, 20264.0The service provided was perfect and the staff were so friendly. It wasn't until the morning when we woke up that we noticed lots of black mould on the ceiling. Apparently my Autistic 9 year old who was sleeping below it noticed but didnt know how to talk to myself or my wife about it so laid awake most the night staring at it. Update 05/06 - Premier inn has somewhat resolved this now and im sure the issue has now been sorted inside the hotel. I want to again express my appreciation to the staff at this hotel as they where very friendly and welcoming
- CBCarla BaconMay 28, 20265.0We only stayed for 1 night family of 3,Lovely friendly staff, we had the evening meal and breakfast deal , food and drink were great, you can get top ups on teas and coffee for the room or to drink in the eating area, supermarket and another pub on the door step, would definitely book here again and would definitely recommend
- LClesley croasdaleMay 19, 20265.0Very convenient position. Free parking via validation. Room was clean and very comfortable also quite large as it's an accessible one. Great blackout curtains. Don't like the fact it's self check in. Although you can speak to someone if required. Staff are lovely and friendly but there doesn't seem enough of them. Room service was behind today ¬ done yesterday due to being well occupied and not enough staff. Breakfast is good. It looks like they don't serve evening meals now,restaurant always closed after breakfast. There is a Pub opposite,but it's not got very good ratings so haven't even bothered going there. Plenty of other independent eateries about.
