  Having a amazing time in comfortable and lovely atmosphere I every time forget my tiredness when i stay in Premier Inn Especially the way Mr. Waqar treated is really appreciated

  Hotel was good enjoyed our first stay here staff friendly and helpful car park was good size View was good from the hotel which we paid extra for to have beds comfortable shower was good water was good There beef eater on site which we had breakfast in which we in enjoyed The location was handy as its in middle lf everything we needed to be in. Bus transport too if you need it

  Chose the hotel for price point and location but could not have anticipated the helpfulness and warm welcome of all the staff particularly Waqar - such a charming young gent who managed a room change with ease and who was great at sharing bus timetables etc - bravo Isle of Wight - you made a lovely weekend memorable

  Nice little inn tucked away next to the Medina river. Rooms weren't the most updated but still very comfortable. The service was very friendly and helpful, they even supplied an extra fan as it was very hot. The parking was free once you inputted your registration at reception. Next door there was a Beefeater, we had an evening meal and the buffet breakfast where we got great food and good service. In all, as with most things the Isle of Wight , it was a chilled out experience, just what was needed after a long journey.

  Good clean rooms, Beefeater next door was good for food. Reception staff were excellent. Only issue was the room was stuffy due to the heatwave while I was there. Although fan provided it couldn't cope.
