  Nice enough place, room was nice although no air con. Not much to do locally as it's near industrial estate, I'll be back next Wembley visit.

  Das Zimmer war sauber. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, was von der Grösse ausreichend wae. Nur leider mussten unsere Kinder in Betten schlafen, da würde ich niemals jemanden drauf schlafen lassen. Während unserem Aufenthalt (vor 3 Wochen) war es sehr heiss. Die Ventilatoren haben keine Kühlung gebracht und die Fenster konnte man nicht richtig öffnen, damit wit das Zimmer kühlen konnten. Es war in unserem Zimmer wärmer als draussen. Dennoch haben wir bei offenem Fenster versucht zu schlafen, was aber durch den Umgebungslärm einschränkend war. Auf den Gängen wie auch der Reception lief die Klima und wie auch andere Gäste nutzten wir die Kühlung der Gänge in dem wir die Zimmertüre offen hatten. Und dies sogar in der Nacht. Nach der ersten Nacht haben wir es an der Reception gemeldet, mit dem Resultat, dass es keine Lösungsmöglichkeiten gibt. Das Restaurant war sehr schmutzig. Die Kaffeemaschine, der Wasserspender und die Essensablagen waren schon lange nicht mehr richtig geputzt worden. Wir haben schon während unserem Aufenthalt auf die Garantie von Premier Inn hingewiesen und haben alles gemeldet. Auch nach 3 Wochen haben wir immer noch keine Antwort erhalten. Dies ist nicht akzeptabel und empfehlen nicht dort zu übernachten.

  No air con in the rooms during a 30C heatwave, yet the receptionist has lovely cooling air conditioning on for them. Staff did not explain where to go for dinner or breakfast. Had to ask several members of staff about the meal deal as no one explained it properly, some mentioned a different menu whilst others just simply said “pick off the menu.” Worst night sleep and got up at 6:30am because we just wanted to go home.

  If planning a stay in hotter weather, AVOID and book somewhere else. 5 stars given solely for the location accessibility to London, 3 stars for service only for the staff on site (they were fantastic, but rating brought down by appaling customer service). I had booked the hotel 11 months in advance for an exciting stay to see a concert at Wembley Stadium. Unpredictably, my stay fell during a massive heatwave. Upon arrival at the hotel, the reception was nice and cool with air con, but the rooms get no such luxury. Upon arriving in the room at approx. 1230am for the night, the room was an absolute oven. 32° according to the thermostat with the window open and one tiny fan on a desk. I struggle severely in prolonged heat being severely asthmatic and could barely even breathe in this room. It was on the fourth floor and unfortunately on a sold out evening. Spoke to a kind lady at reception and was told the only thing she could do was offer a free breakfast, but as I was physically unable to stay, she agreed this was not an option for me as I was forced to travel back home (which was a 4 hour journey and less than ideal). The room was not cheap, so I immediately got in contact with customer service for some refund support as I did not use the room due to the horrific conditions with my health. I was met with a deeply uncompassionate associate who apparently liased with the hotel and was informed each room had 2x fans and the website states there isn't air con (bit sneaky, it states there are fans, the words air con aren't actually mentioned to my knowledge), so they would do nothing for me in regards to a refund (or any compensation for that matter). I explained my health condition, provided evidence that I had one fan and that clearly wasn't enough, and the associate claimed they would investigate and find a resolution in 24 hours. After that time had passed, I had to follow up as I had heard nothing and a further 2 hours later I was told in a short message that they still wouldn't do anything to help as the website states no air con. My issue isn't just the lack of air con, its the lack of resources to support in hot weather and the sheer lack of understanding when health becomes involved. In future I will be steering clear of Premier Inn, as the customer experience is dreadful and the respect for a customers time is even worse. I can't speak for what this hotel is like in winter, but as for summer, find somewhere else where you can actually use what you've paid for and not be left disappointed.
