  I really wanted to like this place, but to be honest it's probably not even worth the 3 stars I feel compelled to give it. I'll start by saying the Staff were great. No worries there. The breakfast buffet was fine enough. The room on the other hand. Spacious? Kind of. But there was an overwhelming smell of cleaning products being used to mask something worse, whether it was mold or old cigarette smells, or who knows. I should have bailed after the first night, but I stick it out.

  Einfaches, aber sauberes Hotel mit modernem Ambiente. Das Personal ist erwähnenswert, sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das typisch englische Frühstück ist gut und ausreichend. Die Lage zum Bahnhof ist für einen Trip in Londons Zentrum optimal. Nachts kann man trotzdem gut schlafen, wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind. Ich würde es wieder buchen.

  We stayed here for our Warner Brother Harry Potter studios tour as it is extremely convenient and closeby. Rooms were spacious,clean and air conditioning was very effective in the 31 degree heatwave we had this weekend. The girls on desk on saturday evening and the dining room team on sunday morning were all extremely smiley and helpful. Breakfast options were delicious and wide varied. Pleased for my mom that there was plenty of gf options too!! Wouldn't hesitate in using this hotel again for an overnight stay.
