  Als Ausgangsort für die Warner Bros. Studios perfekt. Um ins Stadtzentrum von London zu kommen, ist es als Familie etwas teuer.

  Stayed here for 2 nights in a family room. The hotel smells nice, and the staff are friendly and warm which is great. Breakfast being included in the price is good too. However, I would not stay here again as the room really let the experience down for me. The carpet was dirty, with large permanent stains - this made me feel uncomfortable and in general the room felt run down and in need of a serious refurb. The bathroom had visible mould in the sink hole, and the room was quite depressing. The sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable, I could actually feel the springs in my back. It was not worth the amount being charged at all in my opinion. Additionally, the food was sub-par. We ordered fish and chips, the fish came frozen inside, and mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was tasteless, and then we received a complimentary chocolate cake (for the frozen fish incident) but even that tasted awful so we didn’t eat it.

  Last night, I came down to the lobby and noticed there was no water dispenser, even though many of the other Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express hotels I've stayed at have one. When I asked the receptionist about it, he told me rather rudely that I could drink the tap water in my room's bathroom. I explained that I was on my way out and didn't want to wait for the elevators and go back up three floors, and that I'd be happy to pay for a bottle of water. Instead, he took a paper cup that had clearly already been used and was sitting out in the open, rinsed it, and handed it to me. This should be clearly visible on the security cameras. To be fair, we were happy with our room and the breakfast. However, between the unhygienic practice and the rude attitude, I won't be choosing this hotel again. If this is what happens in front of guests, it makes me wonder what goes on behind the scenes in the kitchen.

  We did a one night stay as had a family function to attend, staff were friendly on arrival , room was nice and clean with all you need. We normally take earplugs and glad we did to avoid any train disturbances, so take some of your a light sleeper. Beds were comfy and we had a wonderful sleep! Parking cost £15 but you can park at the train station car park for £8.50 and walk round or if you arrive after 6.30 there’s only single yellow lines right outside. Breakfast was so good !! Wasn’t expecting much but they had such a good variety of hot and cold , cereals, yoghurt, fruit, ehhs bacon, sausages !! Thank you for a great stay! We shall stay again and recommend for sure !!
