I’d like to give a special mention to Andrea at Premier Inn Tring for her outstanding hospitality and exceptional customer service. From the moment we arrived, Andrea was incredibly welcoming, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble, and she went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well looked after. Her warm personality and genuine care for guests really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. Andrea is a fantastic ambassador for Premier Inn and a real asset to the company. Customer service like hers makes a huge difference and deserves to be recognised. Thank you, Andrea, for making our stay so pleasant. You are a credit to Premier Inn!

Okay so on arrival checked in fine , was told that they are taking over the pub and that they have a menu in rooms ;you have to pre order with reception .. The menu is a standard harvesters menu.. They want £17 for a burger 🍔.. so we went down the road to the Indian .. make a table reservation or you will miss out ! There is also a few Chinese takeouts in tring too ... On route to room , double ,ground floor . An awful smell carried throughout the downstairs 😕, something like an old mop bucket 🪣 stagnant water 💧.. This smell did not go was therefore whole time 😒.. we later found out that a water tank had busted 😳 a week before ! The room was clean , the bed comfortable however .. the rooms need updating , a lick of paint would go along way ! Also the loo /bathroom very small .. The breakfast was a cooked and continental , actually very happy with both , excellent choices and the cooked breakfast was lovely ., staff super helpful and very friendly 👍.. keep up the good work! Overall a pleasant experience , for a night 🌙

Helpful and friendly reception staff. We cycled there and were in an accessible twin room so it was handy for our bikes and had plenty of room. Enjoyed the food in the adjacent Beefeater, Noted that the Beefeater will close shortly though.

What can I say. It's a Premier Inn which means clean rooms, good service and a comfy bed. No issues and slept well. It's also air conditioned.
