- BCben cheetham5 days ago5.0The staff were brilliant especially alexia and leanne. Both are so good at there job. Both polite and made me feel at home. Alexia is so nice and would go out of her way to help you and leanne sorted out my food requirements and made my stay very pleasant. I would definitely be back, very nice staff.

- KMK MSep 9, 20262.0Sadly a nice trip staying (27th-29th August) for a weekend wedding ruined by a theft of personal items in our room on the day of check out. Do not like to accuse anyone but there is no other explanation, contacted the hotel within 24hrs of leaving by email (not answered twice, funny how they answered quickly pre our stay when we requested a ground floor room though..) and phone calls where staff / managers appeared helpful. Explained 3 pairs of shoes had been left in a bag in our room, 2 of which are brand new & clearly expensive, 1 has sentimental value as I’ve had for 8 years so actually matters the most. Fully appreciate my mistake of leaving this in our room but in the stress rush of carrying 4 bags & wedding clothes between the pair of us these things happen, thought people would still have a bit of decency and honesty to own up to finding someone else’s belongings rather than what’s clearly happened and housekeeping stealing them. We saw the housekeeper at midday when checking out and said “morning” so know who this likely was. I’ve asked on the WhatsApp post-stay support for them to check cameras which has been ignored. Sadly others on Facebook have said they experienced the same of clothes being stolen in premier inn’s. Quite gutted when life is hard & expensive enough. Prior to the incident the hotel was fine, the bar was boiling with no air con & very small but the location was good for what we needed. Disappointing ending.
