  I had been warned about this hotel, regardless I booked it because I know I would get a good sleep with them at least... and that's exactly what happened It was prefect for me as it was a stone throw away from where I had to work. I arrived just after dinner ended 9.30pm, gutted, I was greeted at reception by Lisa, who made me feel very welcoming an gave me a drink (would have had with my dinner). I also took the time to book my breakfast and dinner slots for the new few days, because the eating area is small comparted to others I have been to and can get very busy. Sadly, this site has no premier plus rooms, otherwise I would have booked one of the rooms and would have given 5 stars. The room was nice, neat and clean, also free parking Breakfast (7.00am slot) was quite, before being seated I was asked if I had any allergies, I requested scrambled eggs because there was none out on the hob, there was fried eggs, beans, bacon, sausage hash brown, tomatoes and Black pudding. You could also requested poached eggs and vegan sausages. there was plenty of hot drinks, juices and bread m croissant, as well as cereal yogurt and fruit. I left there very full Day two I had dinner (8.30pm slot), again was quite I was seated by a lovely lady called Sarah, I placed my order of Fish and chips, it was so very nice, followed by the desert made just for me by Sarah, a love sundae. She was so very nice and helpful and made me feel very comfortable. Overall, my stay was very good, I had a very good night sleep each night, and had no problems with the eating slots. I would definably come back here again

  Juat wanted to give some feedback..staff are great really good service and very polite ..always making sure that everything was OK..really smiley and very helpful..Lisa learned and Sarah are great

  Just recently stayed here as a couple over a weekend. The primary use was to commute into London. The hotel is less than 10 minutes away from the local train station, which was perfectly located. The hotel itself was nice, and the breakfast was lovely. Would definitely recommend staying here.

  Staying in the hotel for work commitments. The three ladies Lexi, Lisa and Taylor made it feel like I was on a holiday. The service was fantastic from the moment I arrived until I left. Shame I can I only give 5 stars for the service.

  We stay here regularly for family visits but this weekend the staff have been excellent in accommodating us as we stayed for our son's wedding. A really big thanks to Taylor,Lexi and Lisa for looking after us and for the gifts xx
