  Excellent, can never fault this hotel. Stayed in it millions of times. Breakfast good, rooms good, staff very professional.

  Room was comfortable however the air conditioning is not working and so the room was very very hot and clammy. Not getting fixed until November 2026 apparently.

  Aug 6th 2026. Air con in rooms being replaced so my room was unfortunately boiling hot. Very hot stuffy sleeping conditions made it very uncomfortable

  ants in room ac broken (although we we're told of this - after we'd booked). generally shabby - no ceiling in corridors. breakfast fairly awful

  ⭐ Very disappointing stay – multiple room issuesI was deeply disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The air conditioning in my room did not work at all, making it incredibly uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the room had a noticeable, unpleasant smell. When I tried to use the shower, the water pressure was terrible—it was nothing more than a weak trickle. For the price paid, you expect basic amenities like functional AC, a working shower, and a fresh room to be standard. I would not recommend staying here.
