- SSSusan SullivanAug 4, 20265.0This hotel is in a good location. Very near the shops (you have to watch the traffic as it's on a large roundabout which is very busy. You have a very large M&S right next door to a Sainsburys. On the other side is a TK Max/Costa Cofee and Burger King. Bolt taxes are relativy cheap. We took one to the Cathedral and it was under £7. The weekend we went to this hotel it was fully booked as they had a very large party staying due to an Indian wedding. We thought the breakfast in the morning would be packed but fortunately for us it wasn't as we went in early. Nice place to stay.

From the moment we arrived, Aidan at the front desk was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service, making check-in quick and easy. Our double room, which included a small sofa bed, was clean, spacious, and a great size for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated that the room temperature was perfect throughout the night, making for a very relaxing sleep. The hotel's convenient location just off the motorway made it an ideal stopover on our journey. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.
