- JBJane BlueMay 27, 20265.0The staff made our stay magical!!! From the moment we arrived, the staff made our stay feel genuinely special. Every member of the team was warm, attentive and welcoming, and nothing felt like too much trouble. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and well maintained, the location was perfect, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. A wonderful stay from start to finish. We’ll definitely be returning 100% - also very close to shops, parking, electric vehicle charging
- RRRhizayMay 24, 20263.0We stayed here last year when attending Slam Dunk Festival and decided to book again for the convenience. It was insanely expensive for what it is but overall the stay was good. The beds are comfy and the rooms were cool which was nice to come back to after spending all day in the heatwave. However, on checking in after the festival the woman on reception at that time made mocking comments about how much we were paying for one night and literally said “well the boss will be happy to take your money”. She also seemed genuinely annoyed that we were festival attendees staying there, giving side eyes to me as I waited for my friend to pay and smirking like she thought something was funny. Ruined what was otherwise a great day.

Room was clean upon arrival. Breakfast was good as well, only an express holiday inn so not a large eating area so pay attention to busy/quiet times to ensure seating is available
