  How is it so hard to get in touch with the reception via phone, they never seem to pick up the phone. The reception is always empty. No one is there all of them seem to hiding somewhere in some room. We even tried emailing. The automated voice reception is trash. It never understands what we want. We were contacting regarding lost items

  Just no. £7.50 to park in the middle of nowhere with a stupidly long walk from the car park to the entrance lobby. Making people pay to park when it’s in the middle of nowhere is bang out of order especially when the Ramada at the services doesn’t charge. A delightful smell of marijuana filled the corridor down to the room which a marginal attempt had been made to clean. There will be a complaint - it shouldn’t be this bad.

  Don’t hesitate to book this location, the staff are incredible; especially Narcis, Ionella and the Night Manager Muhammed. I want to thank them for being professional, personable and perfect! I was a little apprehensive but the property is well maintained, clean and tbh.. my room gave 90s style 5* hotel in the sense that it had a classic interior, was spacious and timeless. My sleep was peaceful, no noise at all - which is a big concern to me. I like silence. Only issue would be the remote location but that’s something to be aware of. 10/10

  Had a lovely stay at Premier Inn with our baby, the hotel was clean, comfortable and the facilities catered really well for us as a family, a special shout out to Mohamed the reception guy, who was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. He made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Great service, really pleasant experience and we definitely be back.👍👍👍

  Stayed with kids for one night during a weekend trip. The room was absolutely fine in the usual Premier Inn style, AC worked fine. The location was between a truck stop and what looked like a recycling tip- not a very pretty area. They were really let down by the car park which was a long walk round the side of the building, with no pavement and no lighting. Not adequate for arriving late with kids as we did. The parking payment system is a mess. The fee on the premier inn website is wrong. The pay machine doesn't work. The details on the signs around the car park are wrong. That's unnecessary and disappointing. The staff on the other hand were great and offered help at breakfast when we needed it.
