Absolutely shocking. Neither of the bedside lights worked, and the bathroom smelled like drains. The worst thing was the constant temperature of 30-31 degrees in the room (even when it had only been 25 outside). The in-room temperature didn't drop overnight despite the window being open and two fans running. I had to resort to sitting in my car for a couple of hours. The Staff were polite but ultimately unable to help - neither were the surprised by the heat in the rooms explaining "yeah, it's the same for everyone" - but they still allowed everyone to check in without any warning. Truly awful.

I booked here for June, after visiting Warner Bros Studio and a stop over before going into London the next day. First and foremost, don’t get done over by the parking. Make sure you enter your registration on the tablet in reception each time you leave and enter site again. I read so many complaints of others getting stung with a fine. Rooms - Tidy and presentable. Clean, not unwanted mess or visitors. However, the room was like a green house. We stayed here in the midst of 2026 second heatwave. The fan was on when we entered the room, but all it did was blow around hot air. The thermostat in the room read 33.5 degree and never dropped our whole stay. Now, I knew all about this as I booked knowingly it didn’t have air con. However, it was considerably cheaper. The fan even read 32 degree when on. There was a point me and the eldest just had to leave and sit in the restaurant, the only part of the building with air con. On the other hand, beds were comfy, room was clean, shower was powerful. & I managed to sleep. Mission accomplished. Bed side lights. What lights? They had no bulbs in them. Turns put, one of the switches was faulty. I can only imagine the switch was keeping the lights on with no way of turning them off, so bulbs were removed. Service - Didn’t really need to interact with the staff, as there wasn’t much need for me to. But check in was quick, staff were polite, well presented and happy to help for whatever reasons you needed. Location - Perfect spot in my opinion if you are wanting a place to stay prior to a London / Warner Bros Studio visit. Middle of no where, but with a fuel station garage and McDonald across the road / on site. Restaurant - Reading previous reviews, I made sure to pre book breakfast after paying for it when booking. This is an on site dedicated restaurant run by the hotel staff, not a Brewers Fayre / Beafeater / Table Table, as we know they were all closed down. For cooked breakfast, it isn’t a buffet help yourself, but more of a made to order as much as you like. The continental / tea and coffee is help yourself. (Photos attached). Personally, I didn’t need to book, I was the only one in the restaurant for a Saturday morning Breakfast. But the restaurant is small, very small. Will only fit about 25/30 people. So I would book just to be safe. Overall opinion, good location, cheap hotel, decent breakfast. Rooms were too hot for comfort, so I may just book one with air con next time. Ample parking outside. Would probably book but hesitantly. Overall 4 star just because of the heat and minor faults and flaws.

My goodness! This room is ridiculously hot. I have a single fan and it does nothing but circulate the hot air in the room already. Premier inn really need to do something about this as the rooms are certainly not cheap. Tonight, my room is £183 and I'm effectively better of sleeping in a car. Disgusting! Staff are absolutely amazing and fully supportive of the horrible sleeping conditions. I wouldn't let my dog stay here. Really really disappointing from premier inn and reeks of corporate greed. Get Aircon!!!

Room was ok but some lights were not working. They fixed bedside lights lights immediately. The sink tap was very stiff.
