  Room was exceptionally clean and tidy For reception, bar and restaurant service, credit to mari, for holding down the fort so much on her own while her colleague kept disappearing. 01/10/26 evening. If you see this keep up the good work

  I stayed here lastnight. the staff was welcoming especially Akash. He was warm welcoming. I had a lot of luggage and he helped me carry my bags to my room. His customer service is amazing

  Very excellent experience and balance between a lovely hotel to stay in with good food and wonderful service. This is my hotel of choice for Hemel. Emma and the team -morning to evening- are especially to be commended for being so hospitable and making guests feel welcome.

  They don't clean the rooms there unless you ask at reception & when I did they said they were busy & would only half clean it ? Also the bathroom smelt of sewage slightly & I wasn't the only customer who complained about it A definite lack of staff

  First time in Hemel Hempstead, used as a Base for an away day in London. Staff were brilliant, especially Emma and Maria when we checked in and the day staff on the Saturday. Room was spacious having 2 teenage boys, we were pleased there were two single pull out beds. Beds were comfortable so had a great night's sleep. The lads loved the GOLDEN TICKETS, made their stay even more memorable. Parking was easy in the Riverside carpark (but be careful of your alloys!) Next London awayday we will be booking again.
