  I just stayed for my birthday and all the staff were amazing from start to finish, on check in I was greeted by an amazing receptionist at around 3pm ish but I didn’t catch his name but he got my room done up as I had a bad day travelling 🤣that was really kind and then in the morning I was the greeted by the lovely Derek who showed me round breakfast and we had a lovely chat about my time down south, he was so accommodating and we will definitely be back again! X

  Fantastic! The staff have been really friendly and accommodating, especially Nelli and Derek. They were both great with the kids. The food was lovely, if on the slightly pricey side in the evening. The room was well presented, clean and exactly what suited us for our excursion to the Warner Bros Studio Tour.

  We had a mixed experience during our stay here. It was the perfect location for us, as we visited The Harry Potter Studios. Our rooms were fine, albeit a slightly dated bathroom. The disappointment was at breakfast. The main issue was with staffing levels causing some upset for the staff and this led to undercooked sausages, lack of availability of breakfast items and even some crockery. The chef was visibly overwhelmed and we had mentioned this to the manager. She dealt with our concerns at the time. I only write this review for upper management to address the issues of under staffing levels that has a knock on effect which ultimately leaves customers dissatisfied. Having said this, we were very pleased with the service we received from Derek though, he was friendly and helpful!

  The place is superb! Room is spotless and really clean and smells good! The health area is really nice. Pool is clean. Breakfast is superb as well. We stayed as part of Harry Potter package. The staffs are really nice. They surprised my son with a birthday greetings and singing. Special mention to Baby Mayumi, Abi, and Nelly. Wonderful and sweetest staffs. We feel at home for a day! My son will definitely remember this trip!

  We stayed here a couple of nights to visit London and the Warner Bros. Studios, and we wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is a bit of an undertaking, but London is easily accessible from here by public transport, and that is a nice experience too. The studios are a fifteen-minute drive away. Our stay here was wonderful! The rooms were sufficiently clean and spacious for a short stay, the breakfast delicious and well-presented, the restaurant with the conservatory beautiful, and the dinner, which is served until late and where the children eat for free from the kids' menu, was delightful! The staff were friendly and helpful. And in particular Derek (!!), whom we had the pleasure of meeting several times during our stay, and who had a kind word and a joke for everyone. He seemed to have stepped right out of one of the Harry Potter stories with his friendly, warm demeanor, Sorting Hat, and wand! He contributed greatly to our experience but was above all a very warm and friendly man with a great sense of humor. We would undoubtedly stay here again on a future visit to this area!
