  Myself and my partner stayed at the holiday inn apsley recently, we where decanted from our council property for 3 weeks whilst much needed work was being done. During our stay the whole team made the experience very pleasant and a few even went beyond to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Huge thanks to and sorry for any incorrect spellings Chee, Issam & Silvie who where always helpful made sure we had everything we needed, every day or night would always welcoming and friendly and an asset to the hotel. Having worked in hospitality most of my adult life and worked in the hotel business myself i would of been proud to have them as part of my team. Thanks for a great stay!

  Parking is appalling. Woefully inadequate number of very tight spaces. Room heating and cooling has not worked for my last several visits, this is likely my last time. Unacceptable for basic services to be out of action for a long period in a modern hotel. Breakfast and location are good.

  As ever IHG was good, bear in mind this is an Express. The location is brilliant on the bank of the grand union canal. Couple of pubs and several excellent restaurants very close by. Breakfast is okay but again it is free so don't expect an egg chef. Perfect for our needs and relatively inexpensive.

  I accidentally booked this stay and live in London so I possible to visit. I tried to contact them to explain but they refused to give me a refund.

  Byliśmy tam od 21 maja do 23 maja. Z lotniska Luton bardzo sprawnie jest się dostać do tego hotelu taxi. Pokój dla 4 osób z rozkładaną kanapą bardzo wygodny, nie jest aż taki ciasny jak się wydaję na zdjęciach. Holiday inn jest położony w malowniczej okolicy gdzie warto wybrać się na spacer kanałami w stronę Hemel. Lokalizacja jest znakomita ponieważ jest przy samej stacji kolejowej, z której w 30 min. dojedzie się do stacji London Euston. Polecam smażalnię fisch and chips która znajduję się 15 minut spacerem od hotelu. Najlepsze fisch and chips jakie jadłem podczas naszego pobytu w Anglii. Śniadania hotelowe jak na warunki brytyjskie były znakomite. Duży wybór, a przede wszystkim było to śniadanie brytyjskie, co jest dodatkową atrakcją dla turystów z poza UK. Obsługa hotelowa znakomita, bardzo przyjazna i chętna do pomocy czy dania jakiejś porady. Podsumowując hotel jest idealny, za takie pieniądze i w takiej lokalizacji. Super, polecam
