Bonti was super friendly and helpful upon checking into Premier Inn Elstree. Infact this is the second or third time he has helped us with check-in or out. A lovely chap each a every time. Thanks Bonti.

Accessible rooms- none in the premier plus category , but why ? Standard rooms are so dated, worn out & still no socket on both sides of the bed. Plus aircon doesn't work unless you ask them to switch it on. Also, they're not cheap anymore and still having to pay for wifi in this day & age! Standard beds are too low for wheelchair users and they don't have the bed raisers anymore.

I always stay at premium Inn Hotel and find them very Good. Wednesday and Thursday booked into the Borehamwood Hotel unfortunately on the Wednesday morning I woke up sickness and diarrhoea so I decided to stay at home so that nobody else would catch the bug although I booked non refundable stay as it was the cheapest price I phoned the hotel on many occasions but told to do a cancellation on the website which I tried but couldn't or try to change the dates all rooms are the same and should be able to get a refund

The rooms were very clean, just extremely cramped. The service was great. Plenty of water available. Takes far too long to get into the centre though

I had a very pleasant stay at the Premier Inn London Elstree / Borehamwood Hotel. Check-in was smooth and easy using the self-check-in system. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was also quiet at night, which made for a good night’s sleep. The location was convenient, with public transportation just around the corner. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this Premier Inn to anyone staying in the area.
