- ETEmpathys TherapiesMay 20, 20265.0Was in today before travelling for breakfast and I took the time to ask staff names due to being given an outstanding level if service that surpasses any Premier Inn I have ever been to. Fiona smiled from us entering the resteraunt and I watched her treat every customer with joy and appreciation as a customer. Everything was explained so we knew what food was available and again she could not help enough. I do hope management takes notice of standards she works with and it should be commended. I will also comment on food cooked by I think his name was Eddie, excellent, fresh, stocked well and tasty giving us a great start to our day. Again standards like these are rare these days. Thank you both of you for making visit memorable. Fiona you are a star and brightened our morning .
