Camere molto sporche e pulizia da un giorno all’altro inesistente. L’unico punto a favore è la possibilità di mangiare lì a tutte le ore. Colazione unica cosa buona di questa esperienza in questo motel.

This was a very bad decision as we booked a family room thinking it would be a chain of hotels so would be nice but rooms were dirty , floor carpet looked very dirty and not cleaned for ages , toilet was not cleaned after use by previous guests may be..it was just so smelly and mouldy smell in bathroom. The hand soap bottle was so much in bad shape then when I pumped it was some black spray that came on the wall and in shower it was a small insect that dropped out of it. Bed seemed ok but some iching when we took blankets. The only good thing was the breakfast and the restaurant which had good food and fresh breakfast served with fast service.
Kindly check the toilets at least once you have next guest. The toilet seat was so dirty and the only main reason for me to provide this review.

Avoid! We booked a family room and was shocked on arrival to find window open and fan on. This was clearly an effort to rid the room of the overwhelming smell of mould. The bathroom was covered in mould as were the windows. I was disgusted we had to stay here with my children but we had no choice given we were on a planned trip round Scotland. This was a low point of our trip. Together with mould there was thick dust on the head boards and carpet was full of bits with slug marks! Utter filth. We stayed out all day and just slept. We did not shower during our stay due to the mould in the bathroom. Avoid room 34 but judging by the reception and hallways the entire hotel is probably the pits. Inverness is a beautiful place but I'm afraid this place soured our stay. One star is too generous worst place I've ever stayed.

Location was great but that's it. At £250 for 2 nights I expected more. The room was filthy when we arrived, the bed sheets had stains on, the carpet wasn't hoovered, dust everywhere, tv remote was disgusting, the toilet wasn't even flushed from previous guests being there. We requested the room to be cleaned while we went out. Expecting to arrive back to a clean room again we were disappointed. The only thing that got changed were the towels. Dirty cups were still sitting there. Stained sheet had been removed from the room but nothing to replace it and still the room wasn't hoovered or dusted, cleaned. Reception staff were outside smoking while guests were at reception waiting. Staff did not speak, no good morning etc as you passed, being polite goes a long way in customer service and this was seriously lacking. Won't be staying again, really annoyed that we spent so much to stay here.

Location ok. On outskirts of Inverness but with car it wasnt a problem. Bar and restaurant next door. Arrived and no staff. Said press button for service. Pressed 3 times over 10 minutes. No response so gave up. Eventually managed to check in on the electronic terminal. Room was filthy I'm afraid. Floor disgusting. No idea when it was last hoovered. Pen lids etc on it. Under the bed I just wish I hadn't looked. Not been cleaned since place was built by looks of it. Dust thick everywhere including tv screen. Could write on it. Worse and dirtiest in the chain that I've been to and stayed in many all over uk. Even corridors were filthy. Very disappointed. Premier inn senior management need to visit and see what one of their furthest north locations is actually like. Can't be the only person disappointed with the cleanliness. Other rooms must be the same. Likely lack of cleaning staff with no time to clean properly.
