- DTDavid TraynorOct 6, 20265.0Lovely and clean as Premier Inns tend to be. Staff were amazing. Had some issues, however staff managed these is a professional way.
- RSRichard StephensonOct 3, 20265.0Not sure what all the negative reviews for this hotel are all about. It's a dated Premier Inn without a doubt but it was clean...service was friendly and quick and the location is ideal. Ignore the negative reviews as they don't match up with the experience I had.
- JFJennie FrizelleSep 19, 20262.0The bed was comfortable, but other than that the hotel was very disappointing. Very very dirty. The dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I complained about the room i was allocated and was put in a different room, but it was only marginally better. Thick layer of dust on every surface. Dirt, dust and hair in the bathroom. The lift, stairs and corridors were all very dirty as well so there was no point asking to change rooms again as cleanliness is obviously not a priority. The restaurant wasn't open for dinner on either evening so I had to go in search of an alternative. The second morning of my stay there was no option for a full breakfast, only continental, and that didn't even include any meats or cheeses. Unfortunately I had booked and paid online using the non-refundable option.
- ASAdam SharpSep 17, 20264.0Once a good place to stay, just off the A9. Now now evening meal for the weary traveller, you have to order a delivered meal, or leave and seek somewhere to to eat. Buildings and rooms now very tired and desperately needing a refurbishment. Fine for a one nighter passing by. Not recommended for a base for exploring any longer.
