This was our third stay at this hotel. We choose it because of location, good staff, and accessible rooms. We stayed 8 nights and looked into staying another 2 nights but all the accessible rooms were booked. We had to be moved to another room because the shower was lukewarm at best and the water pressure was nonexistent. Our replacement room was excellent. We had the buffet breakfast each morning which was nice and filling, as it always is. Absolutely no complaints other than the shower, which was not their fault and was resolved.

Was up for the marathon and stayed with my wife and 18 month old. We arrived early in the morning but we were able to leave our luggage securely and were told we would be able to check in a bit earlier. Check-in clerk was very friendly and helpful (sorry didn’t catch name!). For the morning of the marathon I was able to have breakfast delivered to the room and they also laid out free drinks, sweets and fruit in reception for marathon participants. Returning after the marathon the staff were again very helpful (tall chap dressed in black possible manager was very helpful and knowledgeable - sorry didn’t catch name). Hotel in prime location for the marathon and getting about town. Room was up to a good standard with all the usual premier inn amenities. Sadly we were only there for the one night. Would happily use this hotel again!

£750 for 3 Nights in a Dirty Premier Plus Room
We paid £750 upfront for a 3-night stay in a Premier Plus Room and were shocked by the condition of the room. There were long black hairs everywhere, thick dust on shelves that you could literally write in, stains on the carpet and soft furnishings, and even a broken toilet roll holder.
We complained immediately, but the issues were never properly resolved during our stay. Despite acknowledging the problems, Premier Inn offered just £160 compensation, which barely covers the cost of one night.
For a supposedly upgraded room, the standards were unacceptable. If cleanliness matters to you, look elsewhere. There are plenty of better hotels in Inverness. We won't be returning.

Hey, the place is good as usual.
The location is amazing!!
But I put 2 starts because of the lift noise in the room 308, an I suppose all rooms near the lift are nousy and I would not recomment to stay in those rooms.
So keep in mind that before booking and ask in advance rooms that farther from the lift.
Regading the Views - it depends where is room located. The room 308 had rubish view on the parking, so if you want something good then ask in advance.
