  My company have paid for dinner and breakfast these past two weeks but dinner isn’t available because the Chef is training someone and doesn’t want anyone in his kitchen in the evening when he or she isn’t there….employ a second chef then. We use Premier Inn regularly and the standard has been very poor of late.

  Was staying at another Premier Inn. Due to issues, got breakfast at this one and staff were lovely. Have stayed here before and it was really good then.

  Great hotel but it is a bit of a hike into town from here and the restaurant bit was closed on the evening we arrived. It's arranged in apartment blocks but very quiet and reasonably accessable. Good if you're journey is by car

  Congratulations to all the staff, they are attentive and always ready to help. I am a regular visitor here over the years. I have to say the hotel, along with my room is always clean. I get a great sleep and the breakfast is delicious. I have poached eggs which are cooked fresh and timed to perfection. I can see the staff levels could be increased by at least by one. Your staff are your main asset, please look after them. In fact get one of the directors to come and cover the shifts, they will see how busy the staff works. Thank uou again, kind regards.
