  Premier Inn Fort William looks like a great place to stay for anyone looking to explore the beautiful Scottish Highlands. The rooms offer a simple, modern and comfortable setting, with en-suite bathrooms and everything you need for a relaxing break. Having free Wi-Fi and tea and coffee-making facilities is also a bonus, especially after a busy day exploring the area.

  The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. The bar has a relaxed vibe and a good selection of drinks, perfect for unwinding. And the restaurant really impressed me. The food was flavorful, well presented, and fairly priced. Everything came together to make the stay feel easy and enjoyable.

  Stayed here August 2026. We can only liken this experience to "Fawlty Towers." Having purchased the meal deal, breakfast was an absolute shambles. We had to hunt for crockery, cutlery & milk !!! Very dissappointing. Also, there was no power point beside the bed for medical equipment, resulting in cords running across the room floor overnight. Far from ideal !

  This Premier Inn doesn't look great outside, but our room was very good and clean. The restaurant wasn't open for evening meals, but we went there for breakfast, which was the usual excellent buffet. The restaurant could do with some refurbishment, as the cloth seats were grubby looking and some of the leather-effect seats are torn.

  Le bilan de notre séjour est très moyen. Si l'emplacement de l'hôtel est un vrai point fort, la qualité du service et de l'entretien est clairement insuffisante. Accueil et arrivée : L'expérience a mal commencé à la réception. La réceptionniste blonde s'est montrée très froide, sans le moindre sourire. Arrivés un peu en avance par un temps très pluvieux, froid et venteux, elle a simplement refusé de nous prendre en charge et nous a dit de revenir à 15h, sans même prendre nos pièces d'identité pour avancer le pré-enregistrement (ce qui aurait fait gagner du temps à tout le monde). Un simple conseil professionnel comme nous inviter à prendre un verre au bar de l'hôtel en attendant aurait changé toute l'expérience. Check-in et problème de linge : Lorsque nous sommes revenus plus tard, un homme s'est occupé de notre enregistrement. L'attente a été un peu longue en raison d'un problème avec un groupe. Surtout, le linge de maison laissait vraiment à désirer : toutes les serviettes présentait des taches. Quand je suis redescendu pour les échanger, j'ai eu droit à un soupir du réceptionniste qui s'est contenté de rejeter la faute sur leur prestataire de nettoyage avant de m'en donner de nouvelles. Propreté globale : L'ensemble reste correct, mais ce n'est clairement pas incroyable, notamment au niveau du sol et du linge de bain. Points forts : La proximité immédiate avec la gare, le supermarché et toutes les commodités reste le grand point positif de cet établissement.
