  Rooms normally very good. But heating not working in room 2 in the basement and a warning light came flashing on in the middle of the night ..wakening us up. No staff around to mention this to. We will be back as it is usually better when we've been here in the past. Hopefully just a blip.

  I was really shocked about how dirty and run down this place is considering the standard of premier inns are usually great. Walked into a dusty smelly room, the walls have holes and dirty marks all over them. Room also felt bare - the usual chair is missing. No staff anywhere to be found. There is also a constant thumping sound which I assume is the boiler or generator? Going to make it very hard to sleep. Not enough car parking spaces, arrived at 7pm and no where to park. First and last time and will make sure everyone I know avoids!! Go elsewhere please.

  We asked on Monday evening if non guests could get breakfast and evening meal, no problem, said a very nice lady, called B, when we went for a breakfast on Tuesday morning, a gentleman said it wasn't possible as a tourist bus with 45 passengers were stopping and there wouldn't be any room, even though there were only 2 people in the restaurant, I asked about the evening meal, same reply, I then asked about the rest of the week, seemingly the tourist bus was stopping there all week. We've stopped at the Premier Inn in Aviemore on numerous occasions, and normally the staff are brilliant, I have my doubts about the 45 bus load of people, as we passed the restaurant 30 minutes later and it was still empty. I would rather be told that they didn't want non residents eating there, than be fobbed off.

  Das Hotel wirkt von außen modern. Mein erstes Zimmer war verstaubt,der WC Sitz hatte unangenehme Dreckreste vom Vorgast und es war nicht einmal eine Handbrause in der Dusche lediglich eine Regendusche die in einer Badewanne war. Nach endlosen Diskusionen hab ich ein anderes Zimmer ohne jeglichen Komfort erhalten. Es Ich kann das Hotel leider absolut nicht empfehlen. Da sich Premier Inn sicherlich nicht auf eine Beschwerde von mir meldet, war das das letzte Mal in Aviemore.

  Been here a few times!! But our visit last week was a nightmare!! Firstly no chair in our room at desk, so I had to stand to do hair a make up!! No glasses in bathroom?? Went for dinner, ordered prawns for starter, an prawn linguine for main, member of staff came back an told me there was no prawns, so had to completely change my orders to something I wasn’t really wanted. Went for the weekend. Got woke up at half seven on the Saturday morning with the fire alarm, got up ran outa hotel in pyjamas, only to be told it was a false alarm!! Then Sunday morning, 10 to six in the morning, got woke up once again with fire alarm, again, up, ran out to car park in pyjamas!! Every one was standing in car park for around half an hour, waiting on fire brigade!! Guy in charge hadn’t a clue what he was doing, leaning on folks cars. Trying to take folks name a room numbers in dark, didn’t have a torch?? Finally we’re allowed back in hotel!!! With no explanation as to what had happened??? Our whole relaxing weekly was ruined by the two wasted mornings!! Unfortunately due to all this I will be booking another hotel in Aviemore for our usual trip in September next year!! Seriously disappointed!! Very let down!!
