Clean hotel with friendly staff. But the rooms are incredibly small. Be sure to mind the small signs about vaping and putting your recyclables next to the bin and not in the bin. Positive note: they are located within about a 10 minute walk. I was the shops and cafés..

We had a great time at the Premier Inn Aviemore! Great rooms, friendly staff and really good food at the restaurant. Lorraine, the server / bartender at the hotel restaurant, was the best part of the experience! She has a great sense of humor and provided amazing service we really enjoyed.

I chose the Premier Inn because the rooms are usually really clean. The room was dirty- the carpet clearly hadn’t been vacuumed, and there was a lot of dust and fluff on the surfaces on the room. The sheets had marks and stains, and the walls had a lot of damage. I would not stay here again.
I wish I had read the Google reviews before my stay, as this seems to be a common complaint at this hotel for months, clearly no action has been taken.

I was charged £57 for parking while using the electric vehicle charging point, which felt excessive and unclear. There was nothing obvious to indicate that parking needed to be paid for separately from the EV charging.
If you’re going to charge for both, there should be clear signage at the charging station itself telling customers they also need to pay for parking. At the moment, it’s very easy to miss and ends up feeling unfair.

The parking charge for EVs is a scam. Deliberate attempt by Horizon Parking to extort money from unsuspecting EV owners who don't have the Horizon app and can't be bothered downloading yet another app. I feel so strongly about this that I am never going to stay in another Premier Inn again, and am writing to my MSP to look into regulating such charging stations and the completely disproportionate and punitive car park charges. Premier Inn likely to say, "This is a Horizon Parking problem", however it is clearly associated with the Premier Inn and they are linked by association.
