  Room was fine BUT the bar and restaurant are filthy. Overflowing rubbish bins outside. Dirty tables, cutlery, plates and glasses. Not enough staff. 1 lady taking food orders and serving at the bar - 20/30 min to order food. Coffee machine not working: you want a coffee put a teaspoon of instant in a cup! Not good enough! Not Premier but Sub standard

  Two reception staff was particularly helpful one was quite frosty. The rooms are neat and contemporary. Parking is good and a great price.

  Stayed recently for one night. Chose this hotel for its close proximity to the surrounding tube stations for ease of getting into London for the day. The hotel once inside was very clean and satisfactory. The check in experience with the machine was slightly inconvenient. The card reader that was meant to activate the key card didnt work or I couldn't figure out how to do it properly. So had to get human assistance. Parking was safe and easy. On arrival though Was slightly taken a back by the appearance of the hotel/brewers fayre next door. Smashed glass all over the floor and on the roadway to the carpark. A large amount of rubbish strewn all over the entrance. Not sure if this was just a one off or a regular occurrence. As stated though. Once inside was absolutely fine and felt really clean and safe for a family. Would stay again.

  Unable to reduce temperature in room (heater but no Aircon) which ranged from 24-26 C! No keycarfs left in automatic check in but staff member responded quickly. Room otherwise fine.

  I'm a premier inn fan as you generally can be assured of a consistant standard no matter where you stay and this location was no exception. I did upgrade to a premier plus room which at Croxley are located on the top (4th) floor. The rooms are definately an upgrade from the standard (which still good) but the P+ was that bit better and worth the extra in my opinion. The car park is chargeable and costs £3.50 per 24hrs. The welcome was very good and the general hotel areas were well kept. I was late arriving so decided to eat at the attached Brewers Fayre and similar to other reviews I'm afraid they are letting the side down. There was a distinct uneasy feeling atmosphere (Saturday night). Whilst the staff I encountered were pleasant enough and the food was 'acceptable' the cleanliness of the tables, chairs and general restaurant area was poor. The seating, in particular, was filthy (and from what I could see it wasn't just a few chairs. The picture is of a heavily grime ingrained fabric seat pad). I would happily stay at the hotel but I would not 'choose' to eat at the restaurant.
