  I really love it here, sleep 10/10 food 10/10 compliments to the Chef 😃😄😁 and staff are so very lovely and welcoming 😇 and Muhammad who we tend to see mostly he always makes sure we are happy and satisfied here 🙂 and he always goes the extra mile.

  My wife and I recently stayed at Premier Inn as we needed easy access to the Royal Veterinary College. We found it to be excellent value for money, providing a comfortable and convenient place to stay during what was a stressful time for us. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a good night's rest. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which was greatly appreciated. In particular, Rachael was especially kind and supportive, making a difficult time a little easier for us. The location is ideal for anyone needing access to Potters Bar or North London, particularly commuters. It is also an excellent option for pet owners whose pets are being treated at the Royal Veterinary College Hospital, as it provides a convenient place to stay nearby without the need for long journeys back and forth. Overall, Premier Inn offered great value, comfort, and convenience, and we would happily stay here again if needed.

  We stay here often for business and are really happy with the place. Very convenient for our work in greater London and Mohammed who has served us on many occasions and is always lovely and welcoming after a long and arduous drive!

  A dated premier inn, but it does offer you the chance to rest and relax. It's just off the m25 motorway and is next to the welcome break service station and truck stop. Even though its right next to a 24 hours services its actually quite quiet and you won't be disturbed by the traffic. Bonus is the price as its just on the outer side of the m25 so the price is more reasonable than if it was inside the m25. The day we stayed you would have had to pay an extra £10 to stay at the next meanest which is elstree about a 5 mims drive away. So although a little dated co.pared t9 what you all know it still delivers a great night sleep.

  I have stayed at this premier inn regularly whilst working over the past few years. The staff are all wonderful and do their best to accommodate my every need. A special mention to Muhammad who is always working and is happy to assist with any requirements I need. Also to Karen who has received countless parcels for me and kept them safe. For such a busy hotel to feel a personal service is one of the many reasons I regularly return and it is becoming a comfortable work home for me.
