- LELynda EvansMay 26, 20265.0We always stay in a Premier Inn as we find the service fantastic. The beds are absolutely out of this world, so comfortable. Room is lovely and clean. Staff member Jeff was very professional and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

- DBD BurgApr 23, 20261.0A member of the dinner staff made me feel unwelcome as I was the only man of colour in the establishment must of been the reason. I had to get service myself and still wait 1hour for a cold dessert. Even a member of the public came up to me and was appalled at how I was treated. I sat with my finished dinner plate on my table whilst other tables was spotless. I was left eating my dessert with a dinner plate beside me until I got up and left. I will never return to this place in my life. I regularly use premier inn as I work around the country and I will be telling staff to refrain from using them in the future.

Very clean room and exceptionally comfortable beds - we are seriously considering buying the mattress for home! I like the addition of phone charging sockets on each side of the bed. We had the meal deal and enjoyed really well cooked food. For the evening meal, I had the mixed grill which had one of the best cooked steaks I've had in a very long time, we made sure the chef was thanked. Breakfast the next morning was all you could eat and set us up for the day ahead. The staff were excellent, very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely return very soon.
