- ADAmanda Duffy3 days ago5.0We had a brilliant 1-night stay here as a family of 4 in room 34, and we cannot praise the staff enough. After driving down overnight all the way from Scotland, we arrived exhausted and in desperate need of a smooth welcome. The hotel team went above and beyond by sorting out an early check-in for us, which was a massive lifesaver. We also had a great breakfast that set us up perfectly for the day. A special mention must go to Geoff—his exceptional help, warmth, and hospitality made a huge difference to our trip. Thank you, Geoff, and the rest of the team at Premier Inn Hereford Holmer for looking after us so well!
- PFPJ FOct 1, 20265.0Lovely cozy bed and good size room. The entrance is a bit hidden. Food is good. Hot food display and cook in the station you can see. The continential breakfast isn't great variety. But service is great for both reception and restaurant. They are friendly and helpful.
- DPDylan PetersSep 24, 20263.0Pretty standard for a Premier Inn, fuss-free and convenient. The food isn’t great and I’d recommend trying to get an odd-numbered room as they face the car park rather than the busy noisy road.
- IBIain BallSep 8, 20263.0Food wasn't that good wated a long time. Staff were good but rushed. Don't get a room near the restaurant as lack of ventilation means that your room and corridors smell.
- HPHayley PalmerSep 8, 20264.0The room was lovely. A decent size, comfy bed, everything was clean. Pretty happy. I've knocked a star off of the rating due to the service on arrival. We paid extra for an early check-in from 11am. We needed an early check-in due to our afternoon plans being inflexible. We arrived later than we had hoped due to circumstances beyond our control but ultimately arrived at approximately 11.45am. On arrival the receptionist was entirely unsure if a room was even available for us and had to send a colleague to go physically check which took a while. After a very long drive and a stressful morning it was frustrating and disappointing to be kept waiting for a room we had paid to be available from 11am.
