I have stayed in premier inns for business and family trips. But this was the only time I didn't feel welcome is 20 years. He needs retraining. I would not stay at this branch again.

- CCChrisJul 26, 20264.0The usual Premier Inn experience. Comfy bed and decent breakfast. I also got a free upgrade to a prestige or Premier room, cant remember what they called it. Turned out its just a disabled room, bed was a bit low but I get why, but it did have a fridge and aircon. My only thing as with all premier inns, I wish thehbhad proper walk in showers rather than a shower over a bath.
- CWCraig WorsleyJul 6, 20263.0The rooms were faultless as usual with premier inn,the xomfy beds ect and nice and clean but the pub adjacent to the hotel has closed down so it appears that they have sacrificed a few rooms of the hotel to create a very small restaurant inside the hotel so people can eat and drink.brilliant idea I thought.upon walking into the bar/restaurant we were met with a lady who abruptly asked 'have you booked to which I replied no as the receptionist never told us we needed to book.The waitress let out a big sigh and unapologetically led us a table.we ordered a drink and she made it clear she wanted us in and out as quick as possible which was fine tbh as we just needed food after a day working.i ordered the chicken tikka and it was disappointing to say the least.it looked good on the plate but there was absolutely no taste to the chicken and it most definitely not tikka. My work colleague ordered fish and chips and it was most definitely a birds eye or a youngs frozen fillet from morrisons at best.there is no wonder hotel residents are sat outside on the old pub benches ordering food to be delivered from local takeaway in a nutshell the rooms are nice but avoid the food.
