- DHDave Hyland1 day ago5.0We enjoyed our stay at this Fleet Premier Inn. The service was very friendly and very helpful, and the air conditioning during this unusually hot spell was fabulous. The breakfasts were fine and the rooms were clean. Especially great was the proximity to the train station which is just a short walk away! A perfect spot to visit family in Fleet and then take the train into London to see the wonderful museums, sites, and shows without paying outrageous hotel costs in London. One of the staff, Loki, was very helpful.

- MSMichelle SimsApr 8, 20262.0I've stayed at the Premier Inn Fleet several times because of work and the railway station. Unfortunately, the last time was not up to it's usual good standards. I was walking in the bathroom on the morning of checking out, and my socks were sticking to the floor. I wiped the floor with a damp cloth and it was filthy, dirty! I reported it to the receptionist, who offered use of a shower in another room, but by that time, I just wanted to leave. I did notice the carpet hadn't been hoovered properly in the room, and the bedsheets had old stains. The bed was comfortable though. Since staying there often in the last 5 years, it's starting to look shabby/old fashioned. There is now a stale smell in the corridors and when walking into the bedrooms. I was going to stay there in June and noticed at the time of booking, it was £180 a night, certainly not worth the money! I've stayed in the Holiday Inn this week and it is far, far better. The rooms are cleaner, modern and beds are more comfortable. The bathroom floor was also clean! The rooms were also cheaper.
