  Amy Sharon and flora gave brilliant service very friendly and helpful would definitely recommend staying here. Breakfast was excellent too lovely clean room

  A very average premier inn, no air conditioning but a fan is supplied. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Thought this was a little overpriced at £170 for a twin and 2x breakfast but it served it's purpose as the location to beaulieu was perfect.

  We visited Paultons Park and stayed overnight so we could enjoy two full days at the park. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, every member of staff was welcoming, friendly, and happy to help. When we arrived, I realised our room was upstairs. Due to my disability, I wasn't able to access it. The staff responded immediately and moved us to a more accessible room without any fuss. The room even had a wet room, which meant so much to me. Because of safety concerns, I hadn't been able to enjoy a proper shower in 18 months, so being able to use the wet room was such a special experience. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped. We also really appreciated having a good fan in the room, which made our stay even more comfortable. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable and for going above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. Your kindness and excellent customer service made a real difference, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. We will definitely be coming back here every year when we visit Paultons park. Thankyou

  Stayed in there last night and was one of the worst premier inns ive stayed in by far. No ac so it is unbearably hot in the rooms and the little tiny fan doesn't do anything. Hardly slept. The cups was filthy, carpet looked like it hasnt been hoovered in months with the amount of dust built up in the corners of the room was very thick. Beds was clean as far as I could see. Wouldn't reccomend this hotel if you value your sleep or if you like to sleep in a sauna its great. Wasnt cheap either!!

  Staying here before catching the ferry tomorrow and we’ve regretting booking this one. Too tired to move on so will stay now. The MOST grim premier inn I’ve ever stayed in. I thought the corridor carpets had severely faded but realised with shock it was a layer of dust and bits because it’s obviously not seen a hoover in a long time. Room presentation not great. Sheets nor tucked in, mirror smeared. General dirty feel. Cleaned around with anti bac wipes as soon as we arrived. Won’t be coming back to this one again. Pros are free parking and WiFi, but that’s it
