  3 stars, and only because breakfast, cleanliness, and the genuinely massive parking space dragged this back from a one-star spiral. The room itself is a choose-your-own-adventure: slowly evaporate in the heat, or crack the window and enjoy a live acoustic set from the motorway. No air-conditioning - instead, a fan that looks like it was rejected from a Temu clearance sale, coated in a solid layer of dust. No monsters under the bed, but plenty of surprises - mostly random stuff someone left to fend for itself under there. Good thing I packed my own hair dryer too, because theirs had gone full hermit, buried somewhere in the dust dunes.

  It was a good stay, I only booked for a night with a friend of mine to share a room together so I can't speak much on the services they have. The location was the only tricky thing because around midnight we wanted to get an uber or taxi to the hotel from a friend's house in Waterloovilee and it felt almost impossible, we ended up needing to wait a good hour. So that's something to keep in mind if you'd like an Uber back later at night, but everything else was lovely as far as the room goes.

  Stayed here overnight as working in area Plenty of free parking and a good breakfast No evening food or drinks though Noisy road Check in was a nightmare Machine didn’t work pretty standard 6 customers waiting to check in and no staff anywhere 30 minutes later all of us pretty fed up by now member of staff appeared no apologies and said did you press the bell? Yes we all replied about 100 times Shocking service And to make it worse my shower didn’t work no water. Room 5

  Good night's sleep as always in a Premier Inn, hot shower and plentiful breakfast. Check in and out very speedy. Very easy to be close to particular location. Only issue we had was in room tea and coffee - poor brands and milk so not great. But rectified by good coffee machine at breakfast.

  We have just had 2 nights at the premiere inn fareham Friday 14th until Sunday 16th August. Unfortunately when entering the room on the window ledge (window was open) I found 2 cans of Stella and a bag of tobacco which unfortunately the room then smelt of smoke. We didn’t get there till quite late and my son was poorly so I didn’t attend the reception till the Saturday morning which I pass them to the lady on reception. The room should have really been checked before a new occupant was attending Then unfortunately on the morning we was checking out my husband noticed that the fire detector was covered with a plastic bag so the person who stayed the night before has been smoking in the room and covered the fire detector which is really dangerous to us a family. If there was an electrical fault in our room or anywhere else (bearing in mind the fire alarm did go off on Saturday morning about 9am) this could have been fatal I reported all issues to staff but because I didn’t report and inspect the room which is not really the customers job I got told there was nothing they could do or offer I did contact the premier inn via WhatsApp as to there website but by the looks of the responses it was all AI Very disappointed and considering we was looking to stay there again next year this has really put doubts on this
