  No air conditioning made it hard to sleep. The food and beverages served for breakfast were not appealing. The staff did work really hard to help where they could but it's an old building and needs renovation.

  Good location, plenty of parking, staff very friendly, room was clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast buffet was a little disappointing, only 1 choice of plain yogurt and red berries personally I would of liked a flavor yogurt as an option, also not much choice of breads. Location means you can't walk to town but there's a bus stop close by with a regular service

  Excellent atmosphere. They have a friendly and helpful team. Rooms are spacious and have all the basic facilities. The room cleaning service is great and daily breakfast is great and has goid amount of variety. Loved the stay, would highly recommend !!!

  Functional for pre-cruise - stayed one night before boarding for our cruise. Don’t think I’d want to stay longer - the hotel is clean, efficient, staff was helpful, but it is a little out of the way for shopping and restaurants in town. Good for one night pre-cruise at a reasonable price. Breakfast was included and I honestly could not bring myself to eat any of the hot food (eggs, etc) as they looked like powdered eggs. Rest of the hot items were questionable as well. Stuck with toast and coffee. Wouldn’t recommend this breakfast- I’ve stayed at hotels that served better buffet breakfasts - you can do better.

  Hotel was clean. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was good. We ate dinner in the hotel and it surpassed our expectations. Unfortunately, the issue that marred our stay was that they had overbooked on available family rooms and therefore we had to split up as a family into two rooms. Not ideal at all, particularly as the rooms were on different corridors to each other. I wouldn't be able to book Holiday Inn with confidence again I'm afraid 🙁
