  Lovely stay, never been to a premiere inn were ever single staff member is delightful! Nothing was to much, from the receptionist to the cleaner, the staff make this place great. Stayed for there for three days. Had breakfast twice, staff were also great! All in all wonderful

  Deflected here on the night of Sunday 23rd August after place we had booked fell way below standard. 😬 Lovely, cheery and helpful staff, spotless rooms, beautiful dinner, and do we need to mention the bed?! ❤️

  So I have mixed frustrations with the hotel. (Premier Plus Booking) The location is perfect, literally 20 mins from Bournemouth, 20 mins from Southampton or 20 mins from the centre of the New Forest, so location is ideal. Hotel room was clean, but was initially only had towels for 1 adult despite booking for 2, so we had to get additional towels. The supplied soaps were empty, but not really an issue as we have our own. So we found our air-conditioning was ok, when it was on, but we would find it would just go off, which was not ideal. My biggest complaint was the parking, they ask you to pay £3 per night (although this seems to change depending on the day, but at time of arrival, it was £3 per night, so £15. So when there are Lorry's and vans taking up 10 spaces, with 4 vehicles, its a bit unfair, and the staff were not helpful either, when mentioned, I was basically told to just park out on the road, as there are no double yellows. I did ask where the additional parking was, but again was told to just park out on the road. So this I dont think is acceptable, I did email the parking company, requesting a refund, their response was they have no way of policing it, so I would suggest, dont bother paying for the parking, as you most likely won't get parked on site anyway, unless you get back before 5pm Overall Hotel and location = no issues really Parking and staff response = very poor, I will be making a complaint to premier inn as the staff we spoke to didn't seem bothered.
