  I arrived very late following a long journey and Peter and Alina were a delight, ensuring I managed to get dinner despite there only being minutes to spare. They were very attentive and checked to make sure everything with my stay was to my satisfaction. Room was clean and as expected. Location is good. Easy access to shops and port. Despite being near the station you couldn’t hear a thing in my room. The only let down was the car park, arriving late and in poor weather it was a little annoying but not the end of the world, plus Peter and Alina more than made up for it!

  Checked in at 4.30pm and what a lovely welcome from Peter. Checked us in quickly and efficiently. Chit chatted about reason of visiting and was well knowledgeable. The room is nice and clean. We then came in to the restaurant for dinner and was explained the meal deal and the menu by Josh and he was very nice and recommended some dishes. We were served really well. The food was prepared by Blaize and was delicious. I have the halloumi bau buns and ravioli and my hubby had the veggie burger. All the food was well prepared and tasty. The best I have ever had at a Premier Inn. Thank you to the Team!

  We kept our bags here whilst we spent a few hours in Portsmouth and the team was so lovely and helpful. A special shout out to Sophie for looking after our teddy bear and giving him a new friend! Thanks team

  One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Walls were dirty in the room. Ants in the bathroom. Only 1 people working, manning the reception, taking food orders. Thankfully I wasn’t paying for this trip, i would never stay here again
