  Where to start? Good location for where I am working. The exterior gives of a ‘ war torn’ vibe. The staff, warm, welcoming and good advice on local eateries (The Plough. Fantastic food and beer choices) The room is showing signs of ‘in need of a renovation’ The less said about the breakfast experience, the better? Arrived at 06:30hrs as arranged when booking in. Nothing (NOTHING!) was ready. I had to turn on the coffee machine to get it going. After 15 mins of no staff detected, I had to go and find them myself. Eventually, they took my cooked food order. I was finally served 07:00hrs. So now I am running late. Other observations, lots of fruit flies in the breakfast room, the sticky table tops probably didn’t help? Milk spills on the breakfast table. Lots of flies around the six (6) pieces of bread available (no thank you) no other pastries available either. The whole breakfast thing was depressing, and I will have to do it again tomorrow. Not ideal for the amount they charge these days. Do better Premier Inn Lymington.

  The building may look a little dated and worn out but it's pretty much the same inside as any other premier inn I have stayed at. Matthew, Emma, Bohdi, and Charlie were all very attentive and welcoming throughout my family's time here.

  Cooked breakfast was slow to arrive but very nice to have it cooked fresh so worth the wait. Staff all very friendly and perfect overnight stay for a ferry trip the following morning.

  Book and stay here if you like musty smelling rooms , air conditioning motors outside your window, that kicks in loudly at night!!! no glass for toothbrushes, dirty and rusty bathroom accessories. And a vending machine that is broken but still takes your money. No one at reception to complain too about it, and the best part, when you contact Premier Inn to complain about your stay , they refuse to honour the “good nights sleep “ promise!! Because you didn’t bring it to the attention of the staff who were working on that day? Oh yes the staff that weren’t available or there to make a complaint in the first place!!!!! So if you have £270 spare to waste on a couple of nights away, don’t forget to book your stay with premier Inn . I hope that this review is seen by a person in senior management , who might have the bottle to address this instead of the fool my wife tried to deal with earlier today online. Last time in a premier inn for my family!

  Feel bad for the staff here trying to run a hotel that feels like it's being slowly shut down. Kitchen closed at half 8, cash only on the second night, didn't bother risking breakfast in the morning. Stayed here a few years ago and everything was fine but no looks like a derelict building
