After reading some reviews we was hesitant to stay but don’t listen as we had a great time. The park over all was clean and service was welcoming. Shout out to the girls who did the entertainment who work really hard and were accommodating to our kids. They did a few of the activities in the daytime we made slime and other stuff but in the evening there was always something for them to do! Played with instruments, puppet shows and crafts while the bingo was on so couldn’t complain. The bar shut early every night which was sad but if there’s not many in what do you expect. The van we stayed in was clean and overall a nice place to stay. We will be returning again soon

Lovely clean site and very friendly staff. Unfortunately although the accommodation was clean and spacious it was supper uncomfortable. Not 1 good nights sleep for any one in the beds. Also yapping dogs at all hours. We should have been holidaying with our dog unfortunately that was not meant to be, but we have never allowed her to bark, its not fair on people who are holidaying to relax.... Which unfortunately we didn't really do here. On the last morning of our holiday the clean linen was dropped over the balcony onto the dec, 1 it blocked the passageway and 2 it makes you feel you are being rushed to leave. The 3 stars are for the staff and the site itself especially the cleanliness, unfortunately not for the comfort and relaxing holiday... That would have got a 1.

Amazing time away at mill rythe. First time and will definitely not be the last. From the moment we arrived the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The park was so clean and tidy. Caravan very clean and modern, everything you needed was there including a welcome pack. Food Amazing, cocktails Amazing and even better on happy hour. Buy 1 2nd half price. Outside sitting for a nice chill vibe. The evenings were quite. Little entertainment for younger children and bingo for the adults. We did go june on a Monday and Tuesday so in high season I think would be busy. We liked it quite so was very happy as was just looking for a little couples get away. For familys would be lovely as well, Lovely little park, splash zone, lake with ducks, soft pay and indoor swimming pool for the children. The area out of park. Everything was close by. Little train ride, lots of walks, beautiful beach to sit and watch the world go by. We did find a little gem cafe for breakfast salt shack. Beautiful and breakfast fabulous. I booked with booking.com and got an amazing deal for our 2 nights so definitely will be looking to book again. And will be coming back.

We came the week of 8th - 12th June 2026 - went with my mum, dad, fiancé and my autistic non-verbal 2 year old daughter. We was looking forward to using the splash pad as my daughter is completely obsessed with water which unfortunately wasn’t on, but when you looked on the app it said it was open? We was also told prior to booking that the soft play area was going to be refurbished.. it wasn’t. It was absolutely filthy with thick dust, areas in the soft play taped etc. I looked into booking some activities, but I found the price of the activities for the amount of time you get was quite steep, so I didn’t bother. We took my daughter swimming on the Wednesday, we walked straight through the reception area and no one said anything to us so went in lifeguard there got in the pool, all ok. Thursday we took her again, and was running a little late only by 5/10 minutes on our time slot but no lifeguard was present, a member of staff came and asked where the lifeguard was, we said we didn’t know. Lady lifeguard then came in and started having ago at us for being in the pool when she wasn’t there, I explained that she should be in the pool on duty at each time slot, surely? That’s when she then explained we was meant to meet at reception, but I explained I didn’t have to do that the day prior and there was nothing to say about that on the app or at the reception area? The lifeguard done nothing but stare at me the whole time I was in the pool with my daughter, not once took her eyes off me which made me feel extremely uncomfortable so I got out the pool before our session ended. She then continued to follow me around the pool, staring, and kept telling me she needed to speak to me and ask me questions which I eventually answered once I had got myself and my daughter dried & dressed. When taking my daughter out the pool on the Thursday she had white powdery residue all over her skin, as did we and my fiancé also saw it along the edges of the pool. This indicates imbalanced water chemistry or undissolved pool chemicals. My daughter has ended up being very poorly since we returned home with a very high temp of 39.8 and rushed to A&E to be told she has a UTI and severely inflamed/red inner ears in both which the doctor explained this is more than likely the cause of her UTI but 100% the cause of her inflamed/red inner ears. Majority of the staff were lovely. The accommodation was beautiful, other than having a non working dishwasher and a sink that didn’t drain, otherwise it really was truly so lovely inside! I’m sorry, but I won’t be returning which I find such a shame.

We arrived here on the 8th June to find a notice on the dishwasher to say it wasn't working we also stayed there in January and the cooker wasn't working . We bought my daughter son in law and autistic non verbal grandaughter for a break We knew there was limited stuff for children to do there but didn't expect to jave to book swimming in advance the soft play area is old and dirty and the splash pad wasn't on either . Had problems with the kitchen sink not draining We had dinner in the restaurant the 1st night my son in laws food come out wrong then the fire alarm went off so we all had to evacuate . The latte machine wasn't working either . My daughter and son in law went for a walk and went in to get a milkshake but got told they only had one chef on so they couldn't make it what I didn't understand is why would a chef have to make a milkshake . We took our grandaughter swimming on the Wednesday without a issue but we took her again Thursday got in there and there was no lifeguard our slot was at 2.45 we didn't get in there til about 2.50 ish a gentleman come in asked where the lifeguard was we said we don't know he didn't seem impressed then a young lifeguard girl come in and had a go at us for being in the pool without her being there my daughter said you should of been here as our time slot was 2.45 I spoke to the manager who was lovely but it seems like we was supposed to check in at the desk and meet the lifeguard but it doesn't state that which I believe he is looking into putting that in when you book it . Also our jets weren't working in our hot tub we had a man out to look at it but he said it had been bypassed so nothing he could do the next day when the guys came out to check water etc I asked them they said the control panel was broken and would be back to replace it but they never returned. It was just one thing after another. We won't be returning which is a shame . .
