- SDSuzanne Davies3 days ago5.0Premier Inn Fleet couldn't have been kinder to us during our 8 days stay with them. All the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home during the days we were temporarily homeless due to an unforseen accident. Sue & Peter
- APAndrew Porter5 days ago3.0Pleasant staff on the front desk and in the restaurant. Room was good until utilising the bathroom where a urine-stained toilet seat and poorly cleaned toilet bowl were waiting. Staff advised that the cleaners would not be in until the next day and would not provide cleaning equipment for me to do it myself, due to "Health and Safety". Despite this, the toilet has not been cleaned on my return, the next day. Begs the question as to how clean the rest of the room actually was. Breakfast was your usual Premier Inn offering; good quality, all hot apart from the mushrooms, and a good start to the day.

- CUClare UsmarOct 6, 20265.0We were given a warm welcome by Jack when we arrived, our room was clean and well maintained, the aircon worked well, and Loki was warm and friendly at breakfast and helped me order my breakfast to avoid cross contamination at the shared breakfast buffet. Shaun the chef was cheerful as always and made it feel no trouble, which isn’t always the case in some places. We love this Premier Inn. I originally stayed here for work and we now choose to stay here whenever we visit friends in the area as it predictably excellent.
