The rooms here are nice, mine was warm but it could just be a radiator being on. But when we paid it said that there would be free parking but when checking in we had to pay for however many nights we were staying. Also said there was free WiFi but turned out there wasn't! Honestly the rest of the service station in better since you actually have free WiFi. I wouldn't recommend coming unless your alright with the paying for parking and no internet

The Receptionists, Juliette & Obi, are really nice and extremely helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Apart from the annoying need to pay £5 a night for parking, the real problem is no Internet access. They say its going to be repaired soon but all the same, it make life really difficult for someone like me who needs it to work. In future, if I use a Days Inn again, ill phone ahead and if it has no Internet, I'll go elsewhere.

The receptionist was wonderful and genuinely caring, and both check-in and check-out were impressively smooth. Unfortunately, this turned out to be the high point of the stay. The room itself felt like a lovingly preserved museum exhibit dedicated to British budget hotels circa 1997. The carpet was particularly memorable, a deeply unfortunate burgundy creation that appears to have survived several governments and possibly witnessed things it has wisely chosen never to disclose. For the price being charged, I had expected something rather more inviting than décor apparently selected during the Blair administration and then left entirely undisturbed. The rest of the room continued the theme of heroic minimalism. There was a bed, some walls, curtains seemingly designed to match the carpet in a coordinated assault on the senses and a kettle stationed on a battered wooden counter whose best years are now a distant historical event. The bathroom was functional, although the fittings, shelving and general finish had the unmistakable air of somewhere awaiting a refurbishment that has perhaps been discussed at management meetings for the last fifteen years. Everything technically worked, and the room provided the fundamental service of somewhere to sleep. But “technically adequate” feels a little ambitious when the nightly rate suggests you might be receiving something approaching an actual hotel room rather than accommodation assembled from the surviving contents of a motorway services refurbishment clearance sale. Lovely staff, very easy arrival and departure, but the room was painfully basic, tired and badly in need of investment. At considerably less money, I could shrug and call it functional. At the price charged, the carpet alone deserves its own apology.

Clean! Has room for 3 and the single bed is pretty comfy! Despite get given the last room and kinda noisy as the room is right next to the service carpark. Great price
