We had a wonderful Bottomless Brunch in the newly refurbished Lounge Bar. The staff were all friendly, professional, and helpful. We were welcomed by Rosie, then brilliantly served by Szilvia and Priya. Razuan checked regularly that we had everything we needed. We felt like VIPs! It was so lovely. The food was delicious and the drinks were fantastic with many cocktails, as well as Prosecco and other wines to choose from. Even the booking process was great, with Assistant Manager, Richard, phoning us to discuss the booking, when he was kind and understanding. It turned out that Richard also comes from the West Midlands, the same as one of us. We will definitely be back soon and will recommend the Holiday Inn Farnborough highly. It is a lovely Victorian hotel refitted to a high standard and run by an outstanding team.

Comfy beds, good rooms and excellent buffet breakfast but our 3 nights’ stay was spoilt by dreadfully noisy guests in rooms above and around, throughout the nights. We are frequent guests in Holiday Inns but this experience has put us off returning to this one. Exceptional service however and special saving grace for our stay, from Rosie and Ram at breakfasts.

Staying at the HI, the room is great but the restaurant is the standout. The food is very good, the chicken bowl is very tasty and the milkshakes are proper milkshakes! Siya is great and adds some real atmosphere to the restaurant!

I visit many many Holiday Inns (and sometimes other hotels) on business, the Holiday Inn Farnborough is number 1. A beautiful building that always smells so wonderful on arrival, it literally doesn’t matter which member of staff you interact with, the process is always one of friendliness and helpfulness starting right from reception desk onwards. The facilities are modern, clean, tidy and spotless, the food and drink all tasty. The chicken curry absolutely amazing and shout out to Szilvia shift team lead who couldn’t do more to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed on my latest visit. Big congratulations to the management of Holiday Inn Farnborough for running the perfect hotel.

Had a very nice stay at this hotel over the weekend. Set in its own grounds. Plenty of free parking. The hotel is very well kept. Clean and very well presented. The rooms are the same and spacious. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices and good quality food. The staff Rosie. Priya. Szi. Ria and Fiona very polite efficient and friendly. Excellent t value for money and service.
