  Stopping here because its closer to peppa pig world than where we were. Not enough plugs in room. USB charging ports are pretty much all broken. Apart from that nice room.

  I spent two nights here and was very disappointed with the room conditions. It was extremely hot, and the windows provided almost no airflow. While the/standing fan was available, it was heavily covered in dust. Turning it on would have blown dust all over the room, posing a health hazard. This property is definitely not equipped for warm weather, and basic cleanliness standards were missed.

  Stayed for 5 nights whilst visiting family. The noisiest premier inn i've ever stayed at, both for location and the building itself. The doors all slam and minimal sound proofing so you hear it all. No air con so window open which means you get the cars zooming in and out of the leisure centre all night. No air con in this heat is not fun with one window (no through draft). The staff are great though. Will stay at the Apollo hotel next time, up a star, soundproofing, air con, a fitness suite and cheaper. No brainer really.

  I had a fantastic experience at Premier Inn, and a big part of that was thanks to the receptionist, Charrisa. From the moment I arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. Check-in was quick and efficient, and they were happy to answer any questions with a smile. Their professionalism and excellent customer service made me feel valued as a guest, and they really went above and beyond to ensure my stay got off to a great start. It's always refreshing to be greeted by someone who clearly enjoys helping people. Thank you for making my visit such a pleasant one—I would happily stay here again!

  Don't waste your time! Rude staff, barely speak a word! Awful restaurant next door who find people with Premier Inn meal deals a pain! Awful food, outdated rooms. We left due to meal being so bad in the restaurant, upon leaving we weren't asked why? If anything could be done! Just room no. and 'ok'. Awful service, rubbish food, terrible aftercare! Complaint with Premier Inn escalated and 11 days later have chased multiple times! Disgraceful. ****Response to Premier Inns reply below**** I have already gone through this process, both online, via Whatsapp and through the executive support team. I have gotten no where with any of them. I am now being ignored having last emailed executive support on Sunday again with no reply. A simple refund and apology would be much easier than 12 days of back and forth! I'll be opening a resolver complaint next, maybe I'll actually get a sufficient reply.
