  Very good rooms. There was a lot of door banging. The resturant needs attention Went to get dinner none in it. But had to wait one hour for table. Still no one in it. Breakfast from 7am Not true. Continental breakfast is. English from 10 am. 6 eggs etc a time now arrives. Never more than 6 of anything. Seeing as eat as much as u want. Must have to stay all day to get that.

  Premier Inn is the best choice as someone using hotels for nearly 30yrs. Amal & Bobby's service and attentiveness made the experience absolutely fantastic. Thank you 😊

  Very convenient for accessing the restaurants, bars and shops. But you now have to pay parking. But you have to pay till 7pm and then go on the app again to do the night rate 7 till 8 am and then you have to go on the app again to do parking from 8 am till your checkout time or the time you leave. Not ideal.

  Tired hotel with no parking, apart from a very expensive public car park. Basingstoke has a weird one way system, so miss the turning and it's a 1.4 mile trip to try again.

  Rooms where nice But mangment had no idea what they where doing . Charged us for breakfast then denied doing.it.even though.we paid for it.so.went with out breakfast for one day .as refused to let us have breakfast unless we paid again .
