I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, with beautiful harbour views and local attractions nearby. Overall, a pleasant experience and a good place to stay.

Absolutely stinks of air "freshener" and other fragranced cleaning products, which is unusual for a Premier Inn and unacceptable for any hotel

Stayed here on 20th September. Hotel staff and room were both excellent. Comfy room and location is perfect right next to the harbour over looking Caernarfon castle. Sadly the same cannot be said for the food. We had the meal deal so dinner and breakfast. Dinner was ok but long wait for desert but only two ladies on the bar and trying to serve the meals in between. Breakfast was shocking. Minimal options available everything had pretty much run out and then when it did start coming out fresh it was one item at a time. Many guests were very disappointed. Coffee machine also broken. Such a shame as the hotel itself is lovely and ideal for a short stay over. Just a let down on the meal deal and no apologies either for lack of breakfast items / service for breakfast

Great cozy stay near Snowdon! We had a really nice stay here recently. The hotel was spotless, cozy, and welcoming, and the staff were lovely always respectful and happy to help with anything we needed. The location is ideal if you're exploring the area, as it's super close to Snowdon and a bunch of other main tourist spots. Parking is easy too, with a pay-and-display lot directly across the road at a very reasonable price. We paid £140 a night for room, which felt like money well spent for how convenient the spot is. My biggest piece of advice is to book well in advance if you're planning to go over a holiday period it gets busy fast and prices definitely jump up! Breakfast was impressive, with a big buffet that staff kept fully stocked even when it got packed. A huge bonus for families is that kids eat free. Just keep in mind that breakfast and dinner are served in the building right next door rather than the main hotel. It’s only a tiny walk outside, and sitting down to eat with the views over there makes it completely worth it. We'd definitely stay here again!
