  Probably the best Premier Inn we have stayed in, spotlessly maintained and a very warm welcome from the lady (I'm guessing Manager) on Reception and this filtered down to all the staff. Right next door to an Indian and a Chinese restaurant both of which we would recommend. Great (metered 24 hours) parking and within easy walking distance of Caernarfon Castle. Lovely 2 night stay for my birthday at the end of June.

  Just got back from a lovely night away with my 2 special needs kids and I had to leave a review to say how wonderful all the staff were! Hotel was clean and quiet, we had a brilliant time and will be back! Thank you

  We had a wonderful two-night stay at the Caernarfon Premier Inn with our family. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome by the friendly, smiling staff, who were helpful throughout our visit. The room was a great size, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is beautiful, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. Even the little touches, like having complimentary water available at the entrance, made a difference and were a thoughtful addition. A special mention goes to the team at the Thyme restaurant. They were more than happy to cater to our dietary requirements, which we really appreciated. Their kindness and willingness to accommodate us made a real difference to our dining experience. Overall, we had a fantastic stay.
