Just got back home from a short stay here. It's the second time we have stayed here and we have loved it as much as the first time.
The rooms are comfortable and clean and we had a lovely view from our room thanks to Jenny.
Jenny welcomed us with kindness and warmth which instantly put us at ease after a long drive.
Jenny is a real credit to this team with outstanding professionalism and clearly goes above and beyond for guests.
We paid for the meal deal and the food was good with a few good veggie options for me.
Parking across the road cost £7:70 for 24 hours and the car park was safe. Other parking is available but we didn't feel it was as secure as this one.
The breakfast at Table Table was made all the more special by the beautiful Sara. She was our ray of sunshine each morning with laughter and joy.
Both these people have made our stay so wonderful and relaxed we will be returning as a result of this.
What wonderful human beings making this world a better place.
Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts. Mr and Mrs Swift room 24 😘🤗.

The location of the hotel is excellent: a public car park very close, one which is slightly further away but has the bonus of some eVolt EV chargers (2 x 50 kW, 4 x 7 kW Type 2). There are a couple of MGF rapids in the nearby Morrisons car park if needed. When we visited (June weekend) the car parks always had spaces available
If you're lucky, you will be greeted by the magnificent Jenny, who is the warm and welcome face of this Premier Inn. Indeed, all of the front desk staff we encountered were helpful and friendly, check-in was swift and pleasant.
The hotel's great location means that it is a short and pleasant walk along the seafront (passing the marina adjacent to the hotel) to the centre of Caernarfon.
The room is of course a 'standard pattern' for Premier Inn. It was very clean, all of the facilities worked, including the quiet and efficient air-conditioning. Some bits are showing their age slightly, but I can forgive that if everything is clean and working.
The adjacent Table Table restaurant had equally friendly and efficient staff (Helston branch, some of your staff could visit this place and see how it's done....) and breakfast had sufficient choice, and items were regularly replenished. Lots of staff around to help you if needed.
Based on this experience, I'd totally recommend this hotel.

Room was fine but the curtain was broken and did not close fully. Having to pay for car parking was unacceptable.
Great location next to the port and a short stroll from the castle and twin center. The wonderful Jen is a truly special hotelier and she made our stay so enjoyable. Some rooms (maybe all) have bathtubs which is a treat! Great shower. Comfortable bed (pillows not so good - bring your own if you can). The quilt is hot - we had to ask for a top sheet so we could sleep without the quilt. Tv has external hdmi input. Parking over the road is easy to pay with the parking app. Lots of great places nearby. Snowdon railway is just 25 mins away.
Highly recommended staff are so friendly and helpful made our stay so much more comfortable, we had a really good sleep the beds are amazing comfortable, breakfast was excellent fresh produce, I recommend the pouched eggs they get a 5 star on there own, thanks again
