On arrival, we were given a much more personal intro at check in than usual at Premier Inns by India, which was a very nice surprise! On arrival at the room, we were surprised by a packet of biscuits left by Kayleigh! Great staff here, only star is knocked off for the room being incredibly hot - a fan was provided which was appreciated, but it was still very hard to cool the room and to sleep. Staff are a massive credit to the hotel here, much appreciated, feels like they go the extra mile.

Breakfast Service Feedback We are regular customers and stay with you almost every weekend. Our company provides breakfast, and we really appreciate this, but unfortunately the breakfast service has often been too slow. We normally go for breakfast at 7:00 am because our work starts at 8:00 am, and we need to be at the hospital at least 15 minutes before our shift. However, the kitchen is sometimes not ready until after 7:00 am, and we then have to order and wait for the food to be prepared. On many occasions, the food is served quite late and is sometimes not properly cooked. As you are aware, we regularly stay every weekend, often as a group of 10–15 people, so we would really appreciate it if you could consider offering a buffet breakfast. This would make it much quicker and easier for us to have breakfast before going to work. We value staying with you regularly and hope you can take this feedback into consideration and improve the breakfast service for your regular customers. Thank you.

Room was what was needed, shower was horrible with no pressure at all. Only saving grace was the amazing adorable lady on the desk (kim) extremely helpful, went above and beyond, polite and cheerful. Far to good to be working here, hope you look after her before someone else snaps her up.

❗️ This is a budget hotel so manage your expectations ❗️We stayed in room 204 & used the hotel as a base for Mt Snowden + exploring Wales for two nights. The rooms are basic but clean (although there was dust everywhere) & we had access to a kettle in our room. Shower/bath was very good. Free onsite parking. Breakfast & food served in a pub linked to the hotel (it needs a huge upgrade/redecoration). Cooked breakfast was nice and prepared fresh - ordered at the table with a continental spread to help yourself. Service can be slow but that’s because the restaurant is short staffed. The staff in the restaurant and hotel were all really lovely + are trying their best to give guests a good experience. The room didn’t have air con (& this was made clear during booking) but we had a fan that helped considering the circumstances. If you book budget, stop expecting a 5 🌟 experience! The hotel and breakfast was good value for the price point.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly don’t think words are enough to thank the team at Premier Inn Bangor (North Wales), but I wanted to leave this review because they deserve every bit of recognition. After checking out, I realised I’d accidentally left behind two handmade teddy bears. To anyone else they may have looked like old teddy bears, but they were made by my mum and are completely irreplaceable to me. I was absolutely heartbroken. Although they couldn’t initially be found at the hotel, the team never stopped trying to help. A huge thank you to everyone involved behind the scenes, and to the manager, Jodie, for keeping me updated and helping coordinate everything. But I especially want to thank Kim. Kim went so far above and beyond anything I could ever have expected. She found my TikTok and reached out to me personally, then made it her own mission to help get my teddy bears back. She messaged me with updates every single day, constantly chased the laundry company, shared photos with the team, checked in even when she wasn’t working, and never once made me feel like I was being a nuisance. She even told me she was losing sleep over it because she wanted so badly for them to be found. She offered to meet me halfway to return them and even offered to pay the postage herself. The amount of kindness, compassion and genuine care she showed to a complete stranger is something I will never, ever forget. After four days, my teddy bears were finally found at the laundry company, having accidentally been sent away with the bedding. I truly believe that without Kim’s determination and persistence, they may never have been reunited with me. In a world where people are so quick to complain, I think it’s just as important to recognise exceptional people. Kim is an absolute credit to Premier Inn. Her kindness has meant more to me than she’ll probably ever realise, and I will never forget what she did for me. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to Kim, Jodie and everyone at Premier Inn Bangor. You turned one of the most upsetting experiences I’ve had into one I’ll always remember because of the incredible people who helped me. I will be forever grateful.
