Room clean, but on ground floor near delivery bay so bit noisy sometimes. Got a 'telly off' from guy in restaurant as didn't book a breakfast time slot, even though restaurant was empty. He then gave me a lecture of why, I've been to many Premier Inns over last 6 months, they all say just come down for breakfast, no need to book, only evening meal to book. Found him rude. Also on the last night couldn't book evening meal as was only meal deal persons only and was fully booked. But each time I walked past restaurant, it was half empty. Will not be using this hotel again in future.

Close to the motorway and place of work. Service was good , but not amazing. Used to great service in the past. Restaurant next to hotel was good. Ladies hosting/serving were good, but limited menu. Some items unfortunately out of stock.

Very disappointed with this Hotel. Checked in 5:30pm yesterday. Had to wait for my room to be cleaned still even though check in starts from 3pm. Then have a restaurant on site and get told I cant have my meal there because they can't fit in because only allowed certain amount of people in at one time. Premier inn is getting much worse shocking hotel. Wont be staying here again! Only thing whats premier about this hotel is and that's to avoid.

I would like to praise the service received from Mel in the restaurant last night. Despite her being extremely busy she was very welcoming and was very efficient throughout the evening. She was taking orders, serving drinks, serving food and clearing tables. She certainly deserves a 5 star review.

You know that feeling when you've had a long day traveling and you know that while its "just a premier inn" you've booked, you know what you're getting and you can relax? Not here! Some of the worst service I've experienced at a Premier Inn. Receptionist turned the buzzer off when on break with no cover, restaurant didn't want our custom: despite being half empty they were apparently fully booked. You'd think, if they're full, they'd put a sign up or tell you when you arrive but no,no host was there, and in found out when I tried to order at the bar. So off I went in the car at 8pm to find somewhere else to eat.
