- LGLauri G4 days ago5.0We had a great stay at this hotel a couple of weeks ago, predominantly because of the service we had, but also the hotel's fantastic location to Gloucester Docks, where we had a family party. The lady on reception couldn't have been nicer, as I needed to borrow an iron and ironing board. However the main reason I'm writing is because of the lovely staff at breakfast. Gerard and team were just brilliant and really made our stay. We had been to a family party, so there were quite a few kids. All staff were really kind and super accommodating; kitchen staff were great with the fussy/ hungry teenagers, and we all wanted to say a big thank you for making our weekend. We really appreciated everything guys did for us. X

- MWMartin WrightMay 12, 20264.0You know where you stand with a Premier Inn! Rooms are the same where ever you go and you’re pretty much guaranteed to have a good nights sleep. The Aircon struggled to get the room to a nice temperature and those horrendous milk sachets for your tea and coffee are just awful. The location is perfect for the restaurants in Gloucester Quays. It’s difficult to give a service score because everything seems to have gone electronic, I didn’t see a member of staff throughout my stay. Pricing seems to have crept up since my last visit.
