  I stayed here 11 - 13 June whilst visiting relatives nearby. I found the staff very pleasant but main person I dealt with was Lucy. Lucy checked me in on arrival, made me feel very welcome and she had a good sense of humour. As well as reception, Lucy was in dining room for breakfast Fri & Sat. FULL praise to her for keeping herself so busy and always had a nice smile. Hopefully will be working on my next visit.

  Location - Great if you want to be in an industrial estate on the edge of Gloucester. Service - really great staff. Rooms - not that soundproof, the mattress and the carpet in the halls felt a little tired.

  Only a 1 night stay due to a quick break. Usually stay at IHG hotels so standards a bit higher so wrong to compare. Nothing wrong with the location, it suited us for Gloucester, Cirencester and Bourton on the Water (a must). Staff that we dealt with luke and Karen very friendly and helpful. Evening meals available and bar. Breakfasts, part of deal, is ok. Very clean rooms, refurbishment ongoing, our room recently done.

  Stayed one night in hot weather. All of the staff were absolutely lovely and very accommodating. Rooms could do with AC, but understand that this is not a small change to make! Room was spacious and very clean.
