- TSTerry Saussey3 days ago4.0Nice clean hotel, staff helpful. Link from email with directions link to maps took me to tesco, the hotel is on the right before tesco. Fairly busy on Monday evening, had the meal deal food good.
- SMStephanie McgarrySep 20, 20264.0All good except we had a stained bath towel and stain on the shower curtain.
- TPTERRY PINTOSep 19, 20262.0Room was tired and has damp issues. Honestly, premier inn a few years ago would have it resolved, butvthey seem to put profit before customer satisfaction now.
- CJChloe JepsonSep 19, 20264.0A lovely hotel, we stay here often when visiting family who live in Cirencester. Central to the town. Only thing that now lets it down is that the old pub/restaurant closed down and has opened up a much smaller one, no toilets there so you have to go up to your room.
- BKBeryl KempAug 23, 20263.0Room clean and comfortable as ever. Efficient check in, so great for a night's sleep. However, food provision here is geared to single business traveller not family groups. More than half of seating is high bar stools, not suitable for arthritic nanna or two year old. No family tables you have to push them together. Service is slow if you are a group. We were there 5 pm as we had two young children but 45 mins for food and 3 tables served before us. Food OK but not very hot. Does not appear to be enough seating at breakfast for number of rooms. Breakfast good, but a kind man moved so we could sit together. Not a very family friendly eating venue, supplying colourings and crayons does not make up for poor seating. One family had 5 round a small round table for max 3.
