We were greeted in reception by Steve who politely helped book us in. We were booked in for breakfast. So on the first morning we were greeted by Matthew with a smile on his face. In the evening we would have a drink in the bar area where we was served by Toby and Steve. Who gave brilliant customer service. Also we met Lainey and Aga who would book us in for breakfast and helped promptly sort out a dripping tap in our room. They all made the stay worth while

Stay here in September every year for our cricket tour of the surrounding villages and always impressed by the staff who are friendly and welcoming. They always check us in very quickly and accommodate us well. The rooms are always very clean and the easy access to the nearby car parking and bright lights of Cheltenham makes it all very easy. Bravo to the team.
