  Stayed for one night. Staff were very helpful and bed was comfortable. Fans had been put in the room and the temperature was cool. Breakfast was excellent and the gluten free breakfast was very good. The staff were extremely vigilant and knowledgeable about dietary requirements. Overall would recommend.

  It's a decent place to lay your head. Small but convenient. They've made a small dining area inside the hotel now and it's best if you prebook and pay (either online or when you check in). We checked in around 10:30pm and were advised we could go for breakfast at 8:30 and pay when we went for breakfast. The lady who was checking people into the restaurant said we weren't on the list and to go off and check with reception, rather than phone down to them herself. I went down with kids in tow and she'd agreed we should've been let in. By then I just decided to cancel it and go off out to find a café instead. Rooms are as expected, teas and coffees, soap in the shower and by the sink, towels, some shelving and a hanging rail for clothing, extra pillows and bed linen. We also had a fan in the room which was a great bonus. It's very close to a little shopping area across the main road, too.

  Highly recommend. Good location for the area .very clean tidy hotel staff very helpful breakfast was delish top marks to the chef he made lovely pouched eggs . Definitely would book this hotel if in the area . Other family stopped at the other other in Cheltenham but it wasn't good . . Definitely book this one over other in the area .

  First room had a sewage smell in the bathroom second room had no wardrobes my daughter's room her toilet was leaking had noisy people banging upstairs into the late evening the man on the decks was very nice sorted it and he couldn't do enough then to top it of in the morning we was told no hot breakfast only continental but was offered a refund I felt for the people who work there as they had to put up people moaning they did there best you need to re decorate the place or you will have more bad reviews.
