  Great room, very clean and modern - silence. Big comfy bed and great facilities. It's slightly out of the way and the breakfast could have been hotter but overall, excellent value

  One of the best Premier Inns we've stayed in. Rooms we very clean and felt relatively new. Bathrooms were immaculate. Wasn't the usual Premier Inn bed though but was still comfortable enough. Obviously a little out of the way, so not much around. The onside bar/restaurant was only open 6pm-10pm. Considering a large group of us had travelled 4 hours to get there, we were hungry and very thirsty. We all couldn't dine at the same time but to be allowed to drink, you had to buy food. That said, we all got served, food was nice, some kids portions were a little bit too small (spaghetti bolognese) compared to other kids meals but overall a really good experience at this Premier Inn.

  Lovely modern hotel. Reception staff friendly at check in and took a genuine interest in our reason for staying.

  El pasado lunes de 3 agosto hubo una incidencia y la alarma de incendios se puso a sonar a las 3 de la mañana (lo que sea martes). Nos sacaron a todos a la calle.ñ y vinieron los bomberos. Estuvieron mirando cosas en al cuadro eléctrico y pasados unos 30-45 minutos paró de sonar y nos dejaron subir. El martes a eso de las 9.30-10 PM fui a interesarme por el tema en la recepción y ahí estaba el chaval alto de pelo largo. Pregunté sobre todo porque me dio la impresión de que fue un error de los sistemas más que una emergencia real. Respondió diciendo algo de otro cuarto que no estaba a la vista de la forma más desagradable y torpe que me podría haber imaginado. Cero disculpas, cero reparación y cero empatía con el chaval del pelo largo contestandome sin levantar la vista de la pantalla, obviamente sin mirarme a la cara. Si eso pasa en España al chaval lo mandan a su casa instantáneamente. Adiós Premier Inn para siempre porque no voy a entrar en uno en toda mi vida.
