  Have stayed before and left a very positive review, however this time (15/6/26) staff on reception not as welcoming or as helpful. We paid for the meal deal and went to the restaurant. Staff there were very good but extremely busy so food orders not completed as they missed items or it took longer than expected. Not sure what the issue was. Ali ( Alistair) was very good. Great customer service, attentive and polite even though We could see he was pulled in different directions

  Stayed here for a week due to a work commitment in June 2026. 15 minutes from Glasgow. Must have been refurbed as everything looked and smelled new. Staff were all lovely and helpful. Plenty free safe parking for my van, could even see it from my bedroom. Very comfy bed and room. Immaculate as new bathroom with good shower/bath. I always sleep with earplugs but very quiet hotel and a great sleep off my night shifts every day. Hotel restaurant is good but I highly recommend BOOK A TABLE RESERVATION for your evening meal. The restaurant can’t always cope with its residents at peak times and it’s a resident only restaurant. Did go to the Great Western just along the road for evening meal one night as Premier Inn was too busy. Breakfast at the Premier Inn is very good, nice variety and eat as much as you like with a deal available to have evening meal and breakfast too.

  I was in this hotel on Saturday night as a drop in I was charged £140+ for the night ,which I find disgusting about for what it is ,I was told by the desk staff that the company puts the price up when football ect is on in Glasgow . This is a rip off.

  We celebrated our daughter’s First Communion at this restaurant, and we truly could not have chosen a better place for such a special occasion. From the very beginning, everything was organised perfectly. Since the restaurant was closed to other guests during lunchtime, we had the entire venue to ourselves, which created a wonderful, private atmosphere for our family and friends. The food and drinks were absolutely excellent — beautifully presented, fresh, and delicious. What made the experience even more special was the exceptional service. Special thanks to Debbie and Natasha for their professionalism, kindness, and genuine commitment to making our celebration unforgettable. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that all our guests felt welcomed and cared for. We are incredibly grateful for such a memorable day and would highly recommend this venue to anyone planning a family celebration or special event. Thank you once again for helping create such beautiful memories for our daughter and our family.
