😡😡🤬Anybody responsible for this state should be at the very least sacked (prefferably something more harsh) - absolutely unacceptable. Upon our entering the room to our amazement we found the windows to be immobile - meaning they could not be opened. The sticker on the window promises „a constant stream of fresh air” - i have discovered this to be a disghusting falsehood. Quit the opposite - the AC was only symbolic, an ornament - no stream whatsoever!! 😡😡😡There was as a matter of fact a beautiful lush green visible on the outside 😻😻- only not foilage - rather slimy algea-like dark green sludge 🤮🤢(disgraceful!). If one were to peer outside to see the starry sky, he would instead see only walls - NO SKY AT ALL (perhaps if one lay on the ground besides the window an inch of sky would be visible - the natural lighting was thus non-existant. Almost like something from a sci-fi dystopia. 😡😡😡I wouldnt recommend this establishment to my greatest foe. STEER CLEAR OF THE SO-CALLED „PREMIER” INNS. THE MANAGER OF GLASGOW „PREMIER” INN should be held accountable for equating human beings to cattle!!!!! LET IT BE KNOWN P.S. THE PEOPLE RUNNING THIS „ESTABLISHEMENT” SHOULD QUICKLY CHANGE OCCUPATION - THEIR TALENTS WOULD BE BETTER EMPLOYED IN THE RUNNING OD DETENTION CENTERS. 😡

My case was cannot fly to Glasgow due to my airlines cancelling my flight with uncertainty reason especially due to transitting in middle east. So i decided nicely to spoke and communicate with my travel agent also sending out e-mail directly to Duty Manager of this hotel namely as Mr. Jay. I am requesting to possibilities of get refund or else change my date of my booking furthermore. Unfortunately, without any discussion and proper channel consideration, Mr. Jay not co-operating and insist to not fullfill my request and reject immediate effect. No empathy, not helpful even not professional in order to handle this such cases means that show how entirely poor of human resource management in this company as well. To management of this company, my advise was pos send your manager Mr. Jay your and all your staf to learn on empathy and kindness to customer especially when facing such a uncertainty cases like this. Do some risk assesment or problem solving with significant tools. Otherwise, working environment without such a good manners attitude will never make your business succeed.

My flight was cancel by airlines with all last minute. I do arrangement to change the flight ticket and also asking this property to change the date of booking but unfortunately the response so not co-operate and no emphaty at all. To the rest of Manager Dear Jay and all team, hopefully you or neither your wife/husband/mother/father/son/ daughter on future not facing this situations. Is there is so means you know what the answer. As within so without, be kind and empathy to everyone and the kind things also will come back to you. The empathy in services is TOP NOTCH deal and the most huge gift you can give to others and you. If u not to choose to do so, i'm pity of your soul. At the end, i will not suggest you all to book this hotel. No more. Never. Show Less

The location is the only thing this property has going for it. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from start to finish. The team came across as rude, disinterested, unwelcoming, and overly focused on their made up rules, rather than making guests feel comfortable. Instead of feeling valued as a customer, I felt like an inconvenience. More concerning was the issue of safety. During the night, someone tried my room door. Thankfully, I had the additional lock engaged, but it was still a very unsettling experience. Given the number of reviews mentioning similar concerns, it is worrying that this still appears to be an issue. A hotel should make guests feel welcome, comfortable, and secure. Sadly, I experienced the opposite. While the central location is OK, it is not enough to compensate for the poor customer service and the concerns I had regarding safety. I would not choose to stay here again.
