  We stayed here recently for 3 nights, good location, room clean and was good for the price you pay. Good location. No issues from our stay.

  AVOID!! Disgusting pillow covered in black mould. I threw it on the floor and used a different one but had a horrendous night's sleep wondering what toxins I was breathing in. Couldn't wait to leave by the morning. I've sent a complaint via their feedback form. Do not stay at Premier Inn Glasgow City Centre (St. Enoch Square) until they've thoroughly reviewed their hygiene practices.

  Kirsty on front desk was amazing and made sure I got a very quiet room Anna had an amazing night sleep. Room a little tired but everything worked and bed nice and firm and comfy, shower good Excellent stay

  Where do I start. Good points young man at reception was very nice and very apologetic about the room and did eventually find a hoover and some cleaning equipment to try deal with some of the issues. This room should never have been passed for occupancy. Nearly every wall had some sort of liquid spilled on them and hadn't been cleaned. The window ledge also had not been touched in I don't know how long it was thick with dust and hair on it as was window frame. Above the double bed also had lots of dust on it as did light fittings and above door frames. As I was talking to the man from reception dust actually fell down between us from the air vent above which also was thick with dust. The bathroom- bath panel dirty and mould round sealant and around taps area also looked like some of the bath surface was coming away and marked. Splash mark's below toilet paper dispenser. Also hairdryer make the most horrendous noise so was not used due to safety fears no replacement provided. The bedding however was spotless on our and daughter's bed.I was offered to move but my husband and daughter were at a concert and I have mobility issues so decided to stay as the boy cleaned the dusty areas. He did mention that they use a robot hoover which is not very good if there's large debris. This doesn't excuse a room being let out in this condition in the first place. Do you not have a head housekeeper to check rooms to make sure they are of a set standard before being released? The following morning daughter dropped her ear buds and looked under the bed and saw what looked like remnants of a balloon well I hope that's what it was and not something else!! I'm not sure what your arrangements are with the restaurant attached is but I used the disabled toilet just before dinner and it smelled was dirty and not just a days worth I'd say, the mirror looked disgusting and needing replaced. I used it again at breakfast at around 9am and it was no different. What happened to doing regular checks on these areas I take it you just don't bother. If this is the standard of cleanliness what am I to think the kitchen is like!!
